  • Keep it angry Bruce!

  • I can\t seem to listen to this without crying....

  • should have used 'tracking' on the video , hehe. Old times . But it's ok, this is a wonderfull song

  • should have used 'tracking' on the video , hehe. Old times

  • R.I.P. Big Man. You have served your time on earth and have brought us a sound like no other. The day the saxophone died...

  • I was at this show and it was a seminal moment for me in the history of my love of rock music. Hearing of Clarence's passing tonight makes me realize how important he was in that memory. R.I.P. Big Man. You are loved. xox

  • fucking beautiful

  • Love the Band. Love Bruce. Love the Way Max Plays! He's a 4/4 Drum Machine, But He Does That In a Perfect Way! Love That!

  • I love how Nils does the solo from 3:16-3:45 he puts alot of soul into it. its as good as Steve's version :D

  • @freedomnow40 Clarence is not the Boss, he's the Big Man!

  • Clarence Clemmons has got to have one the best sax solo's ever here. That boy can blow....

  • this is a well-shot video...

is this show available in it's entirety?

  • @scb669 Yes it is:-) Didn't you know? but there is only 15 live songs on the DVD

  • This song show that Toronto fans suck...they might as well be in a library

  • Love this song - just heard it in Fort Lauderdale along with Backstreets in the same show. When the Piano comes in the intro I always know it is a special night to hear Jungleland.

  • One of the best ensemble pieces this band ever did. This was perhaps the Big Man and Professor Roy's finest moment..

  • @trapper2 Oh what a voice, only listen to Bruce voice and start dreaming. At this time he was really The Boss. What a powerful voice. But your are right too, the Proffessor and the Big Man, the best suond they ever had in the 80´s, my absolute favorite time of Bruce and The E Street Band.

  • One of, if not, the best Springsteen song ever. EVER. And at about the 1:57 min mark you can hear the agreement of thousands of fans!

Sure there are the ballads and the rockers and the songs that are just plain more fun, but this one has it all.

The biggest hole in the Live 75-85 box set from the 80's, and a very large hole at that, is that this song was not in it. Get a copy of Hammersmith Live and it's got a great version. That whole CD is great.

    Thanks again to 6mmt66!

  • Brilliant.

  • this is so "real"... It doesn't get better than this. Except for the 70's versions.

  • Have to agree. Those 70's versions are just crazy. Best song ever personally

  • He had left the band and regretted he did it later in life.

  • Holy crap. I need to see him live.

  • Roy bittans incredible intro of Jungleland during an encore on a concert must be the most uplifting feeling there is!

  • little steven left at the time of the born in the usa tour.... stii, the was prime bruce springsteen...

     good stuff

  • awsome! I love that song

  • little steven left in the 80's for just a lil while so that he could pursue a career as a solo muscisian (yknow he can sing too) and he had lots of bands he'd play with with bruce as a guest or himself as the sideman so he pursued it but to no succes then bruce got huge with born in the usa and nils lofgren who we see in this video joined since that album on and now little steven rejoined

so three guitarists steven bruce and nils

  • Nice Version but not quite the same without Little Steven

  • Why was he not here?
