Hey buddy. A capo is a device that clips onto the neck of a guitar. A capo allows the player to change the key of the song, but still allows you to play first position chords. As I mentioned, I've been a bassist for many years but I've never seen one used for a bass. But these guys sound great, so I won't say anything negative.
