were you breastfeeding during this time with Kennedy? Shes gorgeous by the way! and you look awesome. I found that I was at my lowest weight at around the same time with my son, and I was drinking a green smoothie every 3-4 hrs at breastfeeding time.
@okorolinaThanks. No I stopped breastfeeding her before I did the Intermittent fasting. I know that breastfeeding definitely helped plus just being so busy It was hard to cook like I was use to doing.
