@JJO117 where ever you have your game folder at place in the root of your black ops folder where the default.XEX is at ..back it up also and replace it ...then run it ..and it will do the rest

@stormy365 this is only for special XBOX 360 AKA DEV-KITS OR J-TAGS THAT RUN UNSIGNED CODE so if your running a STOCK xbox thats means not modding the Board than this will not work for you..so no USB to inject this mod
