  • Work on your neck and lats!!! Do shrugs/chin raises where you hold the bag hands close together down in front of you then bring the weight up to your chin with your elbows out. Do more pulling exercises like bent over rows with hands close to your gorgeous thighs, it will even your figure out. More traps and lats!! Regardless, your figure is insane.

  • im not sure if its the camera, or the house but....I've noticed that the indoor videos since you've moved to the Czech Republic, aren't as echo-y as the indoor videos from when you filmed in BC, or Malta

    (either that or its just the room you filmed in)

  • @sonofentropy11 i believe she changes around her workouts so much just so that doesnt happen, that way its an ultimate workout everytime :P

  • @sonofentropy11 cuz she needs rest... doesnt matter how much she or people do intense work out u always need to take a rest and you Miss u need a rest or you will ahve problems later so take 1 week rest no exercises.. trust me ;) ur very exhausted..

  • @sonofentropy11 I believe that's the point of this type of interval training. It's so efficient because as you get better you just push yourself harder. I f you could only do 9 reps in the alotted time week one, you might do 11 reps in the same time week two. It's not like traditional steady state cardio. You always push as hard as you can in the work phase.

  • @sonofentropy11 it's because she doesn't do the same workout every day :) I've just started her beginners workout, and she tells you that if something gets easy, move on to something harder, otherwise you wont get any results.. :)

  • I've been wondering when you were gonna add some weights to your squats, hold the sandbag overhead and do squats!! Also a fun one is doing Pistols with sandbags or if you're really good, pistols while holding the sandbag overhead, but that is VERY intense! Sandbag training is very beneficial, I have been doing it for awhile, keep it up Zuzana, big fan, I have 3 girls in my family doing your workouts everyday!
