Haha, I had to laugh when I saw the note on how to add weight to the sledgehammer. Shit, I just bought a 6 lb. sledge and tried this exercise. I can't move the sledge upwards at all with just my fingers! Maybe I'll practice for about ten more years, and then maybe I'll add some weight to the sledge. LOL

Thanks for the video, though. I find that doing this exercise (the downward part only)makes my extensors burn big time. Eventually I'll be able to work it upwards too.
