Everyone's tolerance is different though. I don't think the tax should take into account the amount that people smoke, since it is impossible to overdose on marijuana, and everyone's plateau is different.

We need more people like this in government. Anyone who supports the war on drugs would change their opinion immediatly if their child or frind died from an overdose, a police raid, a stray bullet, etc. The war itself is criminal, and regular people are the victims.

Legalization, regulation and living happy together. Cannabis is legal! However it is enforced by insane fascistic laws! People think about, be want you want the world to be. Cannabis provide oxygen, food, cloths, fuel, medicine, building material, etc. etc..

Cannabis makes me out of control when I take a lot. Well about being very high I have some stories. However it brings positive events to the society by having Terrier Bram turned on ... in deed. Cannabis is the healing of the world!

True experts like Dr. Newmeyer and Ethan Nadelmann know that the War on Drugs is a failure, and it's not based on sound science or facts. It's a fearmongering campaign that doesn't target the problems correctly. It's another extension of the nanny state, having the gov't tell you what you can't consume. It totally violates the right to privacy reaffirmed by the Roe decision. That's why it is unconstitutional, this Drug War.
