You can do this glitch in Chocolate Island 3. U must be on Yoshi and under the goal point. Jump and jump off of Yoshi in mid-air and you will go on the mushroom with the goal base. The palletes will glitch like in this vid.
Help! On Lunar Magic I Got This Annoying Glitch Thing that when i edit the levels and overworld.. i cant see a thing.. it sall gone all scribbly and ive redownloaded it like a million times, it stays the same? wht shud i do?
all i can really think of is you have to much memory on your pc, causing it to go hay-wire. what I would do is reset your hard drive. either that or no more lunar magic =/
You can pull off this glitch in the original game in Chocolate Island 3. Jump off of Yoshi and land on the platform where the goal is; the screen won't scroll up and the same glitch will occur.
This problem occurred to me too. I believe it's the jumping routine messes up the OW palettes. I don't why, and I don't know how to fix it.

It's obvious you just used lunar magics overworld editor to edit the palletes, otherwise you would've shown the overworld before you did the level
