No offense, but i've tried 5-6 meals a day and it get annoying after so long. Now I'm trying 3-4 meals per day and I like it a lot better. At the end of the day it's calories in vs calories out buddy. It doesn't matter how you break up your meals. Granted eating 1-2 meals will make you feel bloated, but there isn't anything wrong with 3-4.
Check out Getleanin12's video "Meal plan timing for maximum fat loss." It WILL shed a lot of light man.
i never really understood the point of having 6 meals throught out the day. i think the 3 meal makes more sense cause usually people work so they cant really take 6 lunch breaks in a day. so y not have a breakfeast then a lunch then dinner then lift. ur body gonna be able to use all of it from working n going to the gym.
not to think that im hating or anything bro, but u have a long way to go to be big. ur just skinny/fit. but keep doing ur thig man with good motivation and dedication you will be big one day.
you say thing like guessing but can you tell me where the research that you can only digest 50g? to be fair im sure you can digest far more than that if it goes into muscle building is another story, anabolic windows sound bro science to me buy all mean take a post meal shake. remember protein can take 1-7 hours to digest depending on source example whey vs a steak. i think you could build muscles on that but 5 meals keeps people satisfyed and stops binge eating as much and spiking insulin
Besides take a Caffeine pill right before you go to the gym and WATCH your energy increase in your work out. Don't abuse them though, only take one if you don't feel upto a work out because you are tired.
I eat two meals a day and have two snacks a day. I ingest about 1000-1500 calories perday. If I feel hungry I first drink about 750ml of water and then wait. A lot of times thirsty is confused with hunger. The kind of snacks I eat are pretty simple like a cup of shreddies, a couple of pickles or whatever that is delicious but LOW on calories. Losing weight is simply eating less and moving more. You didn't gain your weight overnight, you shouldn't expect to lose it overnight either.
I'm 16, no pro by far, but did go from benching 180 and weighing 180, to benching 240 and weiging 195 on 3 meals a day. It took me about 4 months, but I did gain 15 lbs of just muscle. I think its possible, but I did have my weightlifting coach design my diet for it
Your body will be able to use all the protein in 3 meals. You just have to get the body adapted to doing so. Your body will develop the enzymes it needs to do so if you get yourself adapted to it. Some people get all their protein in one sitting.
I always had 3meals a day, and didn't see any change in muscle mass over the 2months I have been working out for...but after reading your article, I'm going to start to have 6 meals a day, and will let you no on my progress.
he 6 meals and it seems to be doing well for me. 2 protien shakes and some chicken. when are the windows of time? im assuming right after work out and before bed??
Hi there friend. I don't have time for 6 meals a day. I try to have 3 well balanced meals a day. I snack a protein bar here and there, but real meals 500 cal+ only 3 times a day.
Respond to this video... i think its best to stick at 6 meals your doing well and also like you say anything over 50g protein goes to waste to remember that!! stick at 6 meals thats what i do i was doing 3-4 meals and it had too much of everything in and it also make me feel bloated and sick and this sounds wrong but eating that much in one meal you end up going toliet more then if you eat 6 smaller meals :) hope that helps.
Hey it's Taylor from 91 Day Challenge. Good video, man. It's definitely a lot easier to eat 6 smaller meals than it is 3 bigger ones. I just don't know how much of a difference 3 or 6 meals a day makes. I know we're not all Michael Phelps here, but he does 3 meals a day, and he build muscle. Point is, it's possible to build on 3 meals a day, but I don't know if 6 meals a day really helps you build that much more muscle.
YOU ARE SOOOOOOO HOT! :-) I LIKE U!
