What never made sense to me was why he targeted innocent people and saved criminals, I can understand why he hated cops but not why he killed innocent people and also they should'nt have called it Maniac Cop, more like living dead Cop or Evil Cop, I mean he wasn't a maniac more bent on revenge.

Oh absolutely, totally underrated, a minor horror classic and actually better than The Terminator scene that so obviously inspired it. PLUS at the end you get the Maniac Cop rap

Oh most definitely, if I do have one small problem with this scene though, it's just that I wish it was longer. The scene was apparently trimmed down slightly to avoid an NC-17 rating for whatever fucking reason. Though you can still watch the whole uncut sequence at the beginning of Maniac Cop 3 (still wish it was a little longer though...)

I dunno, best to check with the fuzz wherever you live. It is a pistol, but its magazine holds 50 rounds. That makes it an "assault weapon" in some places *threw up in my mouth a little*. The semi auto version is legal for civilian sale but the butt burglars where you live might give you some taco shit about the magazine capacity so call in to the nearest police station. Me personally, i would'nt carry that. It's wayyyyyyy too bulky.
