  • Hail the shrew!

  • How do scientists come to the conclusion that certain things happened (x) many years ago... What are the procedures and undeniable evidence to come to that conclusion? Can any1 tell me?

  • Hey man, I fear that the answer for your question is the content of an entire graduate course. You must search on internet for tags like "radioisotope dating" and "sedimentary rocks genesis". Not grudgingly, but it is impossible to answer your question in the space of youtube. See ya.

  • @BigSAK88 Well, they sure as hell didn't read it in a 2000 year old book, I can tell you that.

  • It could all be explained by the hand of God. Our Lord put it all in different places to test our faith. Although our Lord deliberately tried to make us doubt his creation, we should resist that temptation and ignore all these scientific evidence. BTW, nice video.

  • I suppose you are being ironic. But if not, it's, anyway the best creationist argument.

  • @Pirulla25 LOL. BTW, do you know that banana was created in a perfect way by God for human consumption? Watermelon was created in a way that will make us use our hand and mouth so that we get good exercize for hand and mouth. Our Lord is amazing!

  • I still don't know if you are being ironic, but the banana we buy in markets was created by...us! The natural banana is very very different from the banana used in food productions. The same thing for watermellons. Still with the bananas, even if the bananas was created for fit perfectly in human hands, the same could be said about the chimps hands.

  • @Pirulla25 I am being sarcastic. Proponents of ID are de-evolving, I mean going backwards.

  • SSSweet. Thanks for comment. I really keep me in doubt because, you know, the way you wrote...there are people that actually believe that it's a real argument. And so, I must keep the doubt when I see a comment in internet. But, I think you can understand. Thanks again by the compliment.

  • @Pirulla25 keep up the good work, friend. A Brazilian girl once taught me a couple of words that I could use against Intelligent Design proponents. Here it is: foda se mon ami.

  • Yes, very good words against them.

  • good job! your english and accent is good, I understood you very well. thanks!

  • fascinating

  • lol

  • @hoogiechugie HoogieChuggie? Seriously Tash?? Interesting nickname hahaha

  • very nicely done. the origin of mammal lineages connected to the continents could not be made clearer in such a short time.

  • I think your accent is cute!! Brasileiro??

Good video too, helped me kick-start revision for my Mammal Evolution exam :-)

  • Yes, brasileiro.

And thanks. I feel happy in be utile for someone.

    Good video too...

  • Oh Im so soooory pre pre kindergarten, almost unborn version. and you have to make a special one for televangelists.

Out of jokes your vids are great I'm going to recommend them to some students I know.

  • Thank you very much!

  • Very nice educational video , now , please make the pre kindergarten version for creationists I Beg.

  • Thanks! Well, I have made since 2004 a course that we call "evolution for dummies". We were never successful in opening the eyes of creationists, but certainly we have prevented many stupid people to become one. This style "pre kindergarten" takes a looong time to do, impossible to use in Youtube. But I'll try in next video!

    cheers

  • That was excellent! Thanks for the English translation : )

I could have watched for a lot longer too - very interesting.

  • WOW! I am so happy you di this, thank you very much and I UNDERSTOOD YOU! you have a thumbs up from me sir!

  • Thanks! I'm really happy that you understood me. My english is not so brilliant, and make it in english was more difficult than do the movie. Hehehehehe.

  • Great job on lecture, so much info packed into 15 minutes. Will recommend it to all my students. Gracias, Well done!

  • Gracias for you too. This is always my target, the students.

  • u blew my mind ... so much in a very short time ...thanks though i was looking for this ...

  • u blew my mind ... so much in a very short time ...thanks though i was looking for this ...

  • Why does everyone allways talk about chimps evolving into humnas, and not what evolved into chimps?

  • Yes, I agree with you. Some hipothesis, called as "madness", are really plausible in assert that the common ancestor between humans and chimps looked like more as a human than a chimp. In this video, I tried to simplify the things, and for this reason , I just talk about "african apes". I made the same thing about the bats families, about the carnivores. Whatever, are so many groups that is impossible to talk about all of them

  • that was pretty darn cool ^_^ I really like your use of colors and images to help witht he explanation of migrations

  • Love the video work nice keep them coming! When you have time come visit my channel!

  • cool
