Worst prizefight I've ever seen. Brian didn't wear the shure's correctly. The way they judge the headphones because of style is bullshit it should be about sound quality, value, and features. I hate it when people who know far less about audio than most people are the ones who judge the quality and try to tell the world which ones they should buy. It's an insult to the engineers who bust their asses to make great headphones.

please folks, dont listen to these idiots. i have owned the klipsch x5 and custom 3's and the x5 has an extraordinary sound signature, AWEsome clean highs, incredible mids, and powerful lows. its lows are not as *deep* as x10's or custom 3 but it will rumble your brains. also, it has a smoother playback because it will allow you to hear better details in song

shure se310 is design to follow your ear shape and fit inside your ear without feeling it's there just like their other range. You don't even see much of it's body outside your ears. Please wear it properly and put the shure olives on the right position b4 doing a reviews. CNET failed.

the klipsch x5 comes with a really good pouch box that you can use to carry around and a earbud cleaner. you fuckers also forgot to mention the look of the translucent earbuds, they look way classier than the shures. and really? the shures protruding outward like that should receive a 2.

Wtf. this was stupid, the last category is for price, if they BOTH cost 250, they should BOTH get the same score, and you let the ranking of previous categories determin which will be a better use of the $250, you don't factor in everything else to adjust the price. Wow they don't know how to wear the Shures.

They also don't know the reason for high end earbuds. One of the biggest is to get a balance of sounds between low, mid, and high as well as a punchy but non-overwhelming bass. The other reasons could be balance armature caliber, or higher fidelity of sound (not so much a balance but the quality of the sound it self).

Klipsch take the win on this one for sure.

Prize Fights are often subject to low reviewing standards, focusing more on gimmicks.
