I made this chowder Paula's cooking..it's out of this world! But...you definitely should wear gloves cutting those peppers. The first time I made it...my hands burned all night..until I soaked them in milk for an hour! The second time I wore gloves..and no problems! Make this chowder folks..it's worth every bite!
