You must be a politician nutjob but you obviously aren't a CG artist. Whenever you come to construct a CG character, you need all the references you can and as a fan of Diddy, I want my character to look like diddy or at least have the similar facial construction as him.

Dramira. That is true. However. If you are using it as a guide to model a generic head model and then make your own texture, then there is no harm in using any picture. Its only when you just copy something. If this modeler used the photo as a texture after, then try selling it as a model or in a game then the person might get in trouble. I see no harm in using photos of anyone for a guide, then making your own texture of skin, eyes, ears etc. of your own. Face structures are very similar.
