@Pandora4977 yes, and in this tube there is the gel eyeliner.. and you need an eyelinerbrush to use it.. you take some of the eyeliner on your brush and draw stuff on your face that you want.. ^^

i use eye liner thats 00.95$ really cheap and i really like it it doesn't smudge i got one for 7 dollars and it didn't even stay on they are both pencils and i just dont like liquid eyeliner i have never tried gel unless its the same as liquid

@FearlessFelicity i not jury but i have been doing makeup since i was 4 just do makeup like you would normally just water proof makeup i dont recommend using a pencil cuz its kinda waxyish and hard to but on so if you want to do eyeliner that looks like juri's in the top of her eye use liquid if you want it on your tear line use a pencil (you really dont want to get liquid in your eye) then use water proof mascara :)

Here's a tip; apply liquid eye-liner right under your bottom eye-lashes and if it comes out to thick just use a cue tip, onece you apply the liquid eye-liner in the bottom apply thee pencil eyelines on the water-line, and it wont smugggg around your eye anymore [:

Can I make a suggestion? I'm not trying to go all makeup guru on you, but when/if you use pencil eyeliners, you can use a black eyeshadow on your lid over the eyeliner; it should stay on all day. I love doing that! It stays on for SO long. By the way; you're really pretty.[:♥
