This song is the copy of a song like "Nalla Mampoo..." from the film "Orkkuka Vallapozhum" released about 2 years before. Music director (M. Jayachandran) is the same for both songs so we cannot say it is stealing from someone but a mere repetition or polished regeneration of what he has done 2 years before, as a result nothing new for real music listeners or lovers. Usually music directors do like this if some of their good works gets trapped in an unnoticed film and don't reach the public.

Song is pretty nostalgic for early 80s migrants to North India as some of the scenes especially the steam engine was filmed in a village by Delhi, and very well done too!
