  • @marieoxo this workout will NOT bulk you up, you have to hit major weights at the gym to do that

  • Just wanna say, I really like this workout~ I like that it hits the back of the thighs as well as the butt proper, 'cause that really helps to define and tuck in that trouble spot as the top of the legs.

  • don't listen to that ass. I've seen these type of exercises in my brother's workout book that he bought to try to get into shape. Guys don't store fat on the hips and butt like women, so you're not gonna get a JLo booty from doing this. You'll get a nice tight bum and us girls love that. lol

  • yea thats normal.that is just the muscles getting use to doing more exercise and gaining endurance, remember even if the msucles tend to be sore.doing more exercises helps the msucles from being sore as much

  • Yes it does. As long as you're consistent with doing butt exercises, they will sculpt and build the glute muscles.

    Hi! Sara here! Thanks for replying to my question. So 60 to 80 ..... isn't that 180 to 240 everyday?! :s Thats a lot but I'll try my best! Ne, just one more quick question. When do you think is the quickest I'll see results in? Like days, weeks, etc.

  • It would be 180 to 240 reps total only THREE DAYS out of the week. The quickest time to see results varies from person person. For me, it took me about six weeks.
