Just wanna say, I really like this workout~ I like that it hits the back of the thighs as well as the butt proper, 'cause that really helps to define and tuck in that trouble spot as the top of the legs.
don't listen to that ass. I've seen these type of exercises in my brother's workout book that he bought to try to get into shape. Guys don't store fat on the hips and butt like women, so you're not gonna get a JLo booty from doing this. You'll get a nice tight bum and us girls love that. lol
yea thats normal.that is just the muscles getting use to doing more exercise and gaining endurance, remember even if the msucles tend to be sore.doing more exercises helps the msucles from being sore as much

@Choxone if you are naturally skinny ..its impossible to get a jlo or kim k body because of damn genetics lol. you may try eating more and build high muscle on ur ass and legs.

It would be 180 to 240 reps total only THREE DAYS out of the week. The quickest time to see results varies from person person. For me, it took me about six weeks.

The advanced single leg butt lift (60 to 80 reps) really shapes the glutes extremely well and the back of the thighs.
