  • Nonsense? It is a fact. Don't get me wrong, I like crossfit and practice it myself and fight gone bad is about the hardest workout I have ever done. All I said was that it is not optimal for muscle building, but great all round training, especially in a cardiovascular point of view.

  • Would not call extra muscles useless, it depends on what your goal is, don't it?

  • Crossfit is great cardio training, not for muscle building

  • @littlemac1980 strength > muscle anyways.. crossfit makes u strong and lean without packing useless extra kilos on ur body

  • @littlemac1980 another one talking nonsense..

First of all, crossfit never said about muscle building. Besides, any muscle building you see around is due to chemical products. Nature doesn't support any muscle building on any human being.. It's not good for survivability in a complex environment. And that is what crossfit tries to do. Make a human being fit in a diverse environment. Multi-effective muscles.. not for weight lifting alone, not running alone, not flexibility alone, but all together

Just stop. Turn off the computer. Walk away. You sound fucking ridiculous.

  • Yeah these people are "fit" all right. I can spit in the air an it'll land on someone who is fit. It you want to be a champion you got to hit the wights hard, not hop around with some average people

  • this stuff look fun lol

  • I like crossfit but I also believe it is to young. Some of the programs limit your gains and are for nothing but muscle exhaustion leading to muscle breakdown. API caveman training to me is a more evolved and self improving program. Because it is based more on time and less on reps. I'm not saying crossfit isn't helpful I just think it has a long way to go to reach it's full potential.

  • @Bigant55 Yep i agree. Also some of those people do not supplement or eat the right way hence they reach catabolic state.

  • @Bigant55 what do you know of muscle exhaustion ?! Really ?! All of you talking BS in here...

Muscle exhaustion can NOT happen in a 15-20 min WOD (Work of the day)...

Do you have any clue of how muscles work ?!

    give me a brake !

  • @Padischah88 What do you know about muscle exhustion? Are you serious? Do you even workout and I mean for a sport. Time has nothing to do with muscle exhaustion! High reps of a random exercise is not exactly benefitual to someone who is training to be a fighter, boxer, etc. The exercises they do need to be more specific to there type of movement during that activity.

  • hi love the hardwork and good gym routines anyone no what version of dont stop believing tthis is exactly love the beat thanks and keep up the hard work

  • They need to isolate their muscles.

  • @xxcojo6xx

You are mistaking them for bodybuilders.

  • @xxcojo6xx why? they are not bodybuilding.

  • nobody made a ten pounds balls joke?

  • Good stuff, alot of hard work from alot of different people :)

  • nuts!

  • this is like the great gatsby
