@143ForeverYourz put a string through a bead on the Pokeball, add beads to make the necklace, tie it off. It's not hard.

i just did this tutorial any one who is going to do this but doesnt have a clothes pin i simply used a flat bobby pin one with no bumps it worked just as good and its less out of the way

@ImAMothaaFknnZombiie I buy o-rings from Hobby Lobby and ball chains [also from Hobby Lobby]. Make one of the holes bigger in the perler piece then put the o-ring through it. Then put the ball chain through the o-ring and you're done.
