Right on Sterlng, ride that Red Rollercoaster! Got to get this DVD. I have a '97 F650 and a plan to ride to baja/northern mexico this summer if all goes well. I didn't know an can F650 handle that kind of terrain...

Ordering the film right now! As for all the Mexico haters, just agree with them. Even though they have no interest in the place other than to tell us how ugly and dangerous it is (despite PROOF to the contrary), just agree with them that they definitely should NOT go. We spend about 3 months a year in Mexico. I have a few little videos as well in our 4x4 van.
Also, if you watch the movie you will see that there are nothing but positive things said about Mexico and it's people, and also an awareness of how the media in particular misrepresents the country by focusing so much on the danger and violence that occurs there.
I disagree that Baja and the Copper Canyon are some of the ugliest parts of Mexico, in fact, I think they are quite beautiful. The point of the trip was to explore the less visited areas of the country, in particular the kinds of places that can only be accessed by dirt roads.
