I recognize the description here as the original liner note from the Rarities LP. One thing that Capitol naturally didn't want to mention was that Misery (and There's A Place) WERE issued in the US in 1963-64, and in stereo...by a competing label, Vee-Jay Records.
I've had this album on tape for over 20 years. Who remembers tapes?
