  • There's a book? Oh I'm getting it.

  • @sumfingwhite2011 The power of now talks about the same stuff. It is amazing, its almost like having your own trainer, only more difficult. It has around 100 pages and I had read half in about 7 months. It is a book of application.

  • Thanks men for editing, it's my favorite movie, i'm going to buy the book Indeed.

  • There are a lot of great messages in this movie. It's a bit idealized and trite, but it's an enjoyable one to watch alone, when you can think about your own life and path.

  • Does he only do rings during the movie??Any other apparatus??

  • Why would he need his legs for mens gymnastics????????!?! to land. Who cant land one time on a broken leg...

  • where can i watch the whole movie..pls help..

  • Me encanto la actuaccion de Scott en esta pelicula, se te ve mucho mas maduro y aunque ya fue hace algunos años me sigue gustando Att: Nairobi A. Contreras G. desde Venezuela :)

  • @Netta9228 it's a movie best if you watch it by yourself. From one artist to another, I love the message "Here. Now. This moment."

  • no i'm sparticus, oh no, i'm this moment

  • Um love that awesome

I read all the comments 1 says it was never explained how he got on the roof, he cleared his mind and beileved

More sex in it next time please

  • so how again did he get on the roof that was never explained?

  • where are you?

    -here

    what time is it?

    -now

    what are you?

    -this moment

  • Most inspirational movie I have ever seen! The influences it has had on me are life changing. I just have to remember to make unwavering faith my best friend, and trust that by keeping my consciousness in the present moment, everything will naturally unfold the way I want it to because I'm always doing my best based on the current situation at hand. Because of this, I never have to worry about what will happen or what happened because I trust that I handled all of it correctly.

  • the movies is great .In the book the story tell you more about the way to the peaceful warrior and i find the movie deals more with the accident.

I am not so good in english:)

  • alivenkikn: this is some wicked editing!! Great job!!

  • one of the greatest films i've ever seen.

  • Very good [:

    is the actual movie better?

  • wow, all i can say is that you must live your life, because every moment that passes, are moments we will never recover, now is now.

  • what if my mind created this movie right now :)

  • The Journey is the greatest reward

Every day is a new opportunity to do what we failed to do yesterday.

Peace, Love and Light, Now & Always

    Namaste!

  • All we have is right now. This moment.

  • This is such an amazing movie, I must have seen it at least 12 times so far. Its awe inspiring! What we can really do when we let go of all the crap in our minds is amazing!

  • lol oops misread what you wrote, it's all in the book tho .. and theres a whole other book called journeys of socrates which talked about his socs life before he "meets" millman ummm ya ... good books id recommend them

  • You're the type of person that likes things explained. huh?

  • If you remember Soc says something very important when they are in the bar drinking. He says '' How can you tell I am not part of your imagination'' meaning that dan created him in his mind. The fact that soc is not there in the end can be interpreted in different ways. My fav. movie by the way !

  • why does soc actually disappear at the end?

  • its epic!

  • Where are you? Here. What time is it? Now. What are you? This moment. ;)

  • He kinda looks like andres wiese...

  • man I wish I knew the name of the song when he's performing that last routine in the end. Anyone know it? Or know how to get it?

  • I believe it is Under the Sun - Jon Anderson

  • No it's called "The Finals" by Bennett Salvay. Just got if off iTunes. I read that if you actually request Bennett Salvay for the movie soundtrack he will actually send it to you "possibly" free of charge. Worth paying for in my opinion. Very powerful music.

  • Very good editing. I was wondering where did you get the intrumental soundtrack from? If its alright...if i ask?

  • from the credits at the end of the movie

  • @alivenkikn

I looked couldnt find the song name.

    What is it !

  • @alivenkikn

I looked in the credits still havent figured out the song , what is it .

  • The first time i heard about this book, i was on a date with this great guy who told me about it. I bought it the next day and read it and it was amazing.

  • How did things work out with the guy?

  • They didn't show what happens next, because only the present mattered.

  • @lindap84 Hope you stayed with that guy

  • This movie is awesome. When I find myself getting caught up in the clutter of my mind I watch this again and ask myself these 3 questions...

    Where are you? Here

    What time is it? Now

    What are you? This moment!

    How powerful is that!

P.S. Loved the look on his coaches face when he did all those full flips!

  • this movie is amazing

  • the book was really bizarre nearing the end of it. I can see why they didn't add the last quarter or so of it into the film

  • haha this is a really good movie with a good message, i just wish they hadnt made it so corny at some scenes, and made the gymnastics more realistic lol.

i mean, why would you do like 6 gusoghiys and about 4 kip malteses in one routine? lol

  • The 3 parts highlight key points and memorable points from the movie.

If your new to this then you should read the book first, then it will make more sense.

  • Good lucky for this young actor now and then. He did a good job. Nedless to say about Nick Nolte. Its a very great movie.

  • great editing, thank u 4 posting it!

  • Great 3piece edit. 5 stars. Thanx for posting.

  • ummm the olympics? what year was he?

and how come theres no floor exercise?

  • One of the most exquisite stories of spiritual growth and healing. Loved the book and loved the movie. Thanks for sharing it here.

  • This is so inspiring. Thanks Dan (& crew), and alivenkikn for sharing.

  • This was quit good, but to bad this movie doesn't tell us much about dan's mentaly progress and changes, like the book does.

Now it will seem to the people who didnt read the book, that it was all about dan coming back into the gym after a accident..

  • Did you learn anything from the book?

  • Yeah , I think there's much to learn from it, but I must say , I didn't do much with it till now.

But when your ready to do so, I think it can make a difference in alot of ways

  • It's not the destination, it's the journey.

    ;)

  • I have to say that the book was not as good as movie, thats just my opinion. In the book there is too much that is questinoble.

Movie highlights the best points of the book, yes it dose focus on the gymnastics more then in the book, but i still liked movie better.

  • I agree.

  • The movie is actually 2 hours long. I just edited it to make it short.

  • please would you put the full thing on here :)

  • what scene does nolte say that he calls himself a peaceful warrior because the true battles are fought within.

  • I don't think it was in the movie. I heard it in the trailer but it wasn't in the movie.

  • @alivenkikn

he said it in movie too,but I don't know in which part...somewhere in the begining =)

  • yeh the movie isnt about physical moneuvers its about battles fort within psyche.

  • Honestly, if you care about if he landed or not you learned clearly nothing about the story. -Journey is what brings us happiness, not the destination-

  • he won the championships and he got married with that girl.

  • well? did he land?

  • no one knows. that how the movie ends.

  • lame

  • its about the journey not the destination thats why there was not an ending because who cares if he did or not whats important was his experiences...BTW for the people who gave these guys thombs down thats not nice they are ignorant not stupid theres a difference
