    Yes, I have a copy of these posts by AnAngelOfMercy also. It is against the Terms and Conditions of YouTube to spout or spread hate speech, not to mention a federal crime, a violation that can not only have your YouTube account closed, but also lead to criminal prosecution.

    Despite her deleting these comments, YouTube has a record of them, not to mention the electronic footprint one's IP address leaves behind.

Not only can her YouTube account be suspended for it, she is also liable to be criminally prosecuted. It hapens all the time. Even if the comments are deleted by the user, YouTube has a a record of them, and one's IP address leaves quite the electronic footprint.

  • @Mutedvox DOMA was protected in the State of Maryland as of March 15 by many outspoken in that state who put pressure on the lawmakers to defend traditional marriage instead of signing onto the same sex marriage bill. Didn't you hear about this? Also, the House vows to defend Defense of Marriage Act despite the current administration and soon plans to file motions in all current cases challenging the federal Defense of Marriage Act.

  • @AnAngelOfMercy why should anyone have the ability to tell others that they can't marry? it goes against everything that this country supposedly stands for. the Declaration of Independence says it very clearly on the last line: " We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness". it doesn't say " unless you're same sex".

PEW Research Institute for these latest figures.

A lot of pressure was placed on lawmakers in the State of Maryland and they responded because they, as Democrats, were on the fence about the gay marriage issue anyway. There are several state statutes throughout the nation still protecting Defense of Marriage Act currently. There is a louder collective voice defending traditional marriage despite your "latest figures."

  • @Mutedvox I don't know why you keep looking to me for answers. DOMA was signed into law in 1996 by former President Clinton. Gay marriage wasn't an issue then. Being in a civil union was enough. There are some in the gay community who don't agree with gay "marriage" and feel DOMA should be left as is. You don't realize Prop. 8 in CA was supported by families who do not want the gay/lesbian lifestyle pushed in their children's faces in grade school. You would see that as "intolerant."
