Despite you deleting your comments, YouTube has clear guidelines on hate speech as do the federal authorities. Not only can YouTube have your account suspended for it, you're also liable to be criminally prosecuted. It hapens all the time. Even if the comments are deleted by the you, YouTube has a a record of them (as do I), and your IP address leaves quite the electronic footprint.

he was right, except that doma is still in effect. according to the announcement by the administration, they will not defend it, but until it is repealled , and they are most supportive of the idea of repealing it through congress like DADT, it remains on the book and enforced. until the courts finally strike it down, or congress repeals it, it is still the law. obama doesnt have authority to block a law, just advocate for its repeal.
