Great Angles and Lines throughout the body. Nice bump in power, moving from a 6.2 to a 6.5. Everything Is Nice about the car except for the rear of the car, which i felt they could of done a better job of constructing, but it is what it is. And yes Lambos old V12 was a Bizarrini designed F1 racing block tamed for production. One pf the longest produced engines ever. Why you think Lambo didnt have to make a new F1 engine for F1 in the 90s. They had one lol. This new Lambo V12 is a production V12 however their old V12 is of F1 origin. Thats why the old one sounds the way it does.

@xXMCLAXx the Zonda had the same 7.3L V12 the Mercedes CLR ( or SLK GTR) ised on LeMans and that was a racing in from scratch. The only other car to use it was the rare Mercedes SL73. The Pagani Huayra as we know uses a new AMG engine based on the one used in the Zonda Clubsport. By now that V12 has been honed and raced and is redesigned and no longer based on a production block. Though the old 7.3L finally reached its full racing potential in the Zonda R.

@RTic83 Actually, the Huayra's engine was never used in the Clubsport, it is a higher boost and tuned version of the Mercedes AMG 65 engine, a 6L twin turbo v12. And the Zonda R didnt use the 7.3, it used an unrestricted 6L racing V12 from the old CLK GTR lemans car. That made 660ish hp, but with the air restrictors and other stuff removed, it makes 740bhp in the R

Lambos old V12 was originally an F1 engine hence its unigue sound. This V12 (as with the McLaren F1 V12 the same engine also used in the BMW V12 LMR) is a production block not a racing block, hence raspy sound not the typical V12 racing hum sound. I believe the Ferrari and Mercedes AMG (or Pagani) V12s are the only racing engines left still in production for production cars.

The engines are not derived from racing cars in ferrari's and pagani's. They are just normal production blocks like lamborghinis.
