  • So sad, they are trying to do their job & then you have a few anti-authority douchebags that have to get involved and make it harder on them. The intimidation is actually constructive force which is legal. Seriously how pussy do you look? "But officer he raised his voice and I was scared" Grow a set! People like them need to goto S. Mexico & Cuba where there is real police and govt corruption. They wouldnt last 2 minutes w/that attitude before having there teeth meet the back of their throat.

  • I would say that outcome was probably as good as it could be. Nice work, made them think.

  • 0.30 "give me your licence, insurance and registration " ? I didn't think you were behind the wheel of a car at that time

    A.C.A.B

  • A "field interview"? What is this thug talking about? There is no circumstance when a police officer can force someone to identify themselves when they aren't suspected of committing a crime. So he just said himself that it is his intent to "scare the shit out of" and "intimidate" citizens, so that they just "go away". This guy is a thug hiding behind a badge.

  • His apology was an admission of guilt!

  • power trip.. thats the only way to define that behavior.

  • The police down here in edgewater are horrible the only guy that i like out of that whole police force it the old lieutennant who has the glasses. He is the only good guy on the whole force.

  • Fucking pigs man i hate them and i dont give a fuck, you guys need to come to savannah!

  • officer wallach sucks cock. can't tell u how much i hate that prick. thinks he's the shit with that badge/gun/nazi uniform. not so tough without. 30 sept 2011. has anyone blown his fucking head off yet?

  • glad i found this video. that pig cop is the worst he harassed me at that car meet and i'd just arrived. didn't even have time 2 park. fuck him. edgewater pd sucks. jack booted thugs riding around thinking they're the shit. people go to these car meets to chill n hand out. no trouble till the pigs show up 2 harass the people. this DICKHEAD gets his weenie hard ordering and intimidating. good job Adam.

  • That same pig gave me 2 tickets for not presenting my registration and insurance card in a timely manor. I explained to him the car I was driving was not mine and I will find it in a moment. He went to his car and came back 5 min later and I showed him the papers and he said it was to late and gave me the tickets and told me to explain it to the judge. He is a jack boot thug and needs to be fired before somebody blows his fucking head off. Its not if, but when.

  • @mwcdx truer words were never spoken. look at the video again n read my comments. i live close to edgewater.

  • the superior was a class act. EXACTLY how police officials should act. Very professional, very kind police officer.

  • Thier police side badge is almost like NYPD.

  • did he really just say the lot is private then public?

    yup yup he did

  • "what are you a lawyer now?" ahahahaha lmao, reminds me of a few Ambridge PA cops I know.

  • that good you have rights you dont have to show your ID when on foot unless you did some thing wrong

  • Great job putting these cocky obnoxious cops on camera to see how they behave.Totally uncalled for.

  • Guy filming had a motive the entire time. He's a whining little bitch. Get a life buddy.

  • The dude filming the motorcycle cop couldn't take a joke? The cop was just fucking with him.

  • i thought the cop came on too strong at the beginning, but the rest of the video just shows a guy doing his job.

  • Comment removed

  • Supervisor cop was REALLY nice.

  • The cops were being as nice as they can be. They didn`t have to explain shit to him. The guy with the camera was a asshole. They should have lock this asshole up for obstruction.......

  • thugs prancing about. fuck them all.

  • hey great job man you need to go back there and record i was driving there and it was at night and i spotted a unit hiding in the dark witch kinda surprised me but i knew its to intimidate some one so they can give you that ticket that bring your insurance premium sky hi its like auto insurance co "s work together !

  • This video is so funny. @Minute 3, the pig, says "I can't hear what he is saying all I can see is him asking you for name/and ID" how exactly do you see that officer?

  • The same exact thing happened to me one day in East Rutherford NJ a cop came up to me and was in my face scremaming and managed to pushe me on to his cop car. I really couldnt do anything

  • Don't you understand? My job is to intimidate you whenever I feel like it Mr law abiding citizen who was doing nothing illegal or suspicious other than filming me which I don't like. Yeah I know it's perfectly legal, but I don't like it so I'm going to scare the fucking shit out of you, understand?

  • that cop in the bike was a total psycho

  • at least this police was honest. that is something rare. for that i give him A+

  • on behalf of all law abiding responsible english ppl,,well done,,on all points,,especially accepting his apology,,i think we all know there wud have been no apology if u didnt have a camera

  • Great job guys. I seriously laughed my ass off when he said he did it to get you to "back off", after aggressively moving towards you. That cop needs to chill.

  • i'm convinced these cops were all picked on in school

  • Great vid -- situation could have been a lot worse. I was impressed by the conduct of the superior officer, who took the time to watch the video, accepted you filming them as long as you didn't film the passed out guy, etc.

And I'm glad the other guy came over and apologized, though I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley with no camera.

  • We work 18hrs and have to do our jobs is not an excuse, why do you have to intimidate anyone?

...... Your in the wrong business??? What did he say?

  • @natureboywillow they spend 17 hours in the donut shop. edgewater is a small town. nothing 2 do there xcept fuck with people.

  • @arnold84500 so very true!! Edgwater is very small...but most NJ towns are like that..small and cops have nothing to do but harass residents!

  • @armyguyjonny yes, i been harassed by pigs in edgewater, secaucus, hoboken, union city when minding my business. being an asshole on a power trip is chapter 1 in the book how to be a cop 101.

  • By the way....the faggots that hang out in Edgewater by the Starbucks are a bunch of posers and queers who watch "Fast and the Furious" 10 times a day....LMAO!

ibncognito = cop who feels offended hahahahahaha!!!! fuck you!

  • This has to be one of the coolest fucking law enforcement confrontational videos ever.

By the way, try this on Fort Lee Police Department. They abuse the law openly.

  • Indeed they do.

    h31SdyrBhBE

    6vy8wxQhiG4

    pzXRD9syJ3U

Also had them withhold purchasers permits for blogging about how they were breaking the letter of the law regarding issuing permits. After taking with one of them to file a complaint they admitted they used Google Alerts to watch for people talking about them.

  • FUCKING PIG GOT SCARED!!!

  • i just farted

  • the camera man filming is a jerkoiff and so is the other faggit talking,,, wahhh wahhh the cop was mean to me.... i am mean to ur mom... because i fucked her in her ass instead of her love tunnel.

  • @ward15employee

Be careful - the camera man gets his feelings hurt when you call him out for being a whiny bitch who's posting up lame shit like this in hopes becoming e-famous. You just might get a stern reply from him about how the scary police man walked up to him aggressively.

  • @ibncognito

go fuck your daddys cock and push out the sperm on your granny's eyeball. get a life, you have an agenda for the guy with the camera....GET OVER IT ASSHOLE!

  • @ManchildLee I fucked your mom (in the ass).

  • @ibncognito

i fucked your sister and your dad wiped my dick with his tie after we finished.

oh yea....and your dad is the pig in this video.

    PWNED

  • Cop 2 is actually fairly sane.

  • TURBO!!!!!!!! LMFAO!!!!!!!! AAAHAHAHHAAHAHHAAHHA

  • New Jersey is filled with these kind of assholes. The cops are no better than the criminals in the Northern Eastern Seaboard. I've met gangsters up there who make these cops look like absolute pieces of trash. Its a totally untenable situation. We should give Long Island and New Jersey away for the people of Israel to relocate here, that would be a good start. You are all the worst trash in our country.

  • I was waiting for the camera man to stop walking backward and let the cop walk into him. of course that would be "assaulting a police officer" and would result in a beating and jail-time. Seriously, why are cops so angry at being filmed? What do they have to hide?

  • Here is some help for you, educate yourself. Here are the actual statutes and laws that protect us. This way you don't come off as much of an ass as the cop next time and have a proper response vs. typical rhetoric that won't get you arrested but it can get you legally detained. Remember, with Cops "You might be the rap, but you wont beat the ride." Visit krages com/phoright.htm and videomaker com/article/809/ for information on what is legally your right and what is not.

  • Eh, I don't know. There was douchebaggery on both ends. Yeah the cop came aggressively, aggressive enough to make the guy with the camera shit his pants. He didn't even know how to respond correctly. When the Cop asked for license, insurance and registration the logical thing to say would have been "I'm not in my car, I have my license though. You hand it over, because you do need to identify yourself, and then you go on filming. Source? I'm a photographer so I'm sure similar rules apply to us.

  • @ibncognito I hate when people force me to pay their salary with a gun. So I guess we both hate things. Only I do something about the things I dislike, you just complain on YouTube comments. One day this cop will be intimidating you (or your loved ones). Then what will you do? - Adam

  • @libertyontour You aren't doing anything but making self-fluffing youtube videos about contrived issues. Don't get me wrong, real police harassment and abuse of authority is wrong. This video, however, is a demonstration of real police restraint and professionalism in the face of a self-important drama-queen looking to become e-famous.

I think you know somewhere, deep down inside, that you are a douche.

  • @ibncognito What part of the motorcycle cop's aggressive approach to a person who was merely filming him was "professional" or demonstrative of "restraint"? The cop decided to hassle someone who wasn't involved in anything approaching a crime - do you see that as proper use of police time, equipment and authority? What part of the encounter that the cop initiated furthered public safety?

  • @libertyontour you are hot.. i am gay and would love to have a homosexual encounter with you.. gay pride !!!

  • Don't want your complaint form....I choose YouTube bitches. Although the intention of the video is unclear (I suspect is was on "in case" something went down) the officer is was beyond his rights and attempted to violate the rights of another. If everyone knew their rights we'd be living in a lot different place today. Our public servants would be doing just that...serving.

  • @whygodrums10 Way to put some time and effort into your comment. Really shows who's who in this conversation.

Take the next month to formulate something reasonable and I'd be happy to carry on the conversation with you. - Adam

  • Youtube is far better than these sick pigs investigating themselves.

  • What kind of Asshole goes out with a Camera at Night, intentionally provokes a Police Officer filming all the while, then puts the result on YouTube with an Advert for TeeShirts at the end of it, Gobshite !

  • Aggressive manner ? I,d shove the camera up your ass !

  • Only good cop is a dead cop...fuck pigs

  • ....... Great post. You should still file a complaint anyway. That way it stays on his record, possibly preventing him to act that way towards somebody else.

  • Assault

  • Why is this cop even wasting his time with these two idiots!!!!!

  • I HAVE TO OBEY A PIECE OF SHIT, BUT I DO NOT HAVE TO RESPECT A PIECE OF SHIT, MOST POLICEMEN ARE A PIECE OF SHIT.. MY WIFE AND I WAS TAKEN FROM OUR MOTOR HOME IN JOLIET, ILLINOIS KNOCK US TO THE GROUND AND BETTEN BY 4 POLICEMEN ABOUT 15 OTHER STOOD AROUND AND DID NOT HELP US. AT ALL. BLEEDING ALL OVER WE ARE 66 & 67 Y.O.

  • I have never seen anything like that. You know, I think the internal investigation was exactly where Officer Hot-Head thought you were going. But then his colleagues told him it was going on YouTube so he decided to do his own damage control.

Officer Hot-Head: Well done. You are a decent human being. Now quit your job.

  • @inertia186 Naw man. We don't want Officer Hot-Head to quit. He's exactly the cop we want handling mother fuckers who are waaayyyy more dangerous to us than he is.

  • @CribNotes The only reason the officer cooled down was because of the camera. Wiretapping laws are being used to limit or eliminate the use of the camera. Are you willing to take your position to its logical conclusion?

  • @inertia186 Cop didn't cool down because a camera showed up. It was on all the time. He didn't actually "cool down" at all. What we see is part of his body armor, establishing crowd control techniques. Cops are especially wary of anyone watching them, for professional reasons. Perpetrators watch cops. I don't think there's anything wrong with videotaping police, but these two guys are crazy if they think they have something to teach a cop. What logical conclusion does my position refer to?

  • @CribNotes @CribNotes What I mean is, he cooled down because the camera wasn't going to lead merely to an internal investigation. He realized the camera was going to be used for YouTube. Once he found out the true intent of the camera, he became reasonable.

The logical conclusion that cops can be trusted without accountability.

  • @inertia186 Cop didn't become reasonable cause of youtube. He WALKED AWAY from the camera guys as soon as he found them to be no problem.

  • @gaBehcuoDsuoitneterP Once police allow me to opt out of paying their salaries I will continue to film them. Plus, police are public servants and have no expectation of privacy while at work. People who are not employed by the state do have an expectation of privacy at work, but no one does in public spaces. And that is reflected in law if you care to look that info up.

The fact that you don't know that makes you look douchey, have a nice day.

  • Sorry I mis typed, If police let me opt out of paying their salaries then I will give them the option of being on camera or not. Until then I will film them whenever I want.

  • The issue I was making wasn't a legal one but a sociological one. A human argument - treat a cop like a person and he should treat you like one as well. The We Are Change guys in New York employ this common courtesy to civil servants to great benefit. My argument wasn't about your right to video tape the officer. The question was why were you filming him? You have the right to video him all day but that doesn't mean your intentions are purely motivated by the desire for liberty.

  • @gaBehcuoDsuoitneterP I didn't mean to delete that other comment I was trying to back pedal to comment on this comment, i'm sorry.

Recording the people who enforce laws that deprive us of our liberties are my intentions. How many people are in cages for victimless crimes? How did they get there? That's right, they were arrested by cops.. filming cops means showing the violence within the system and once people see and reject that we'll be closer to liberty.

  • @gaBehcuoDsuoitneterP HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA......HAVE YOU DEALT WITH COPS?? IVE TRIED TO BE AS COOL AS POSSIBLE WITH THEM, YET THEY STILL ACT LIKE DICKS....COPS ARE PEOPLE, YES...BUT CAN PEOPLE GO ON MAJOR POWER TRIPS AND ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY?? YES....

  • @jhaze918 You're problem is you "tried to be cool as possible" with cops. What does that mean? Would you try to be cool as possible if you met me? When I deal with cops, I don't see a cop, I see an ordinary human. I've talked my way out of many problems when encountering cops, without ever telling them I got a family full of them. Some try to power trip, but it's not hard to diffuse if you know what you're doing. Treat them like they're doing you the favor of taking out society's trash for us.

  • @CribNotes you probably live in a complete different kind of town than me...these cops where i live turn the stupidest shit into a fucking cop fest....1 little traffic stop turns into 5 fuckin cops showing up at the scene...dude trust me, where i live there may be less than a hanful of actual cool cops...the rest think busting a kid for weed is like catching scarface with 10 kilos in possession...and if you dont know what "being cool with someone" means, then dont bother replying to this..

  • @jhaze918 Well, you can't fault the cops for arresting people for smoking weed. They are obligated to do so. I think weed should be legal. Five cop cars showing up at a traffic stop is usually little more than cops hanging out together.

If you think of the mentality of most people who would become cops, they may not be the people you get along with or think are "cool". So what? If you want cooler cops, join the police force and urge your friends to do the same.

  • @jhaze918 There's a big difference between being cool with someone on a social level and being cool with a cop. You mentioned trying to "be cool" with cops in the past as if it took some effort. Being cool does not take effort. It takes relaxation. You relax, the cops are more likely to relax. They are not aliens.

  • @CribNotes society's trash??? who would that be??

  • @jhaze918 Society's trash is not a who - it is a what. In other words, cops take the trash out of our social life. Oh, you got a big problem? Call the cops! They'll come along and take out the trash for you.

  • @gaBehcuoDsuoitneterP Why Are They Filming Us? You don't see firemen running around causing fires to put them out... But today they cause situations to create revenue. Here in my town they pose as pedestrians and step into the cross walk at the very last second than pull you over up the street to write a ticket. Victimless Crimes Created By Them So You Break Them

  • What does this have to do with preserving liberty? Was this cop beating someone before the camera started rolling?

  • @gaBehcuoDsuoitneterP

No, but it may prevent him from beating someone in the future. He being filmed and knowing that the whole world will see it may just have reminded him of that oath he swore to uphold the Constitution. That, in a very small but important way, will indeed add to the preservation of our liberty.

  • Favorited! However, you guys need to start asking for names and badge numbers as soon as they approach.

  • CribNotes. Do you really think this moto copper is representing Edgewater in a positive light? Since you're a cop lover, if this cop did nothing wrong, why did he say he was sorry? I can tell you why. The people filming this, know the law better then this cop. You do NOT have to give your license, insurance, and registration to a cop if you're not driving, unlike what what this cop said they had to do. He got busted and he knew it. BTW, the average IQ for a cop is 105 :)

  • @JoshCousteau Any cop's job is to take out our society's trash for us. This cop didn't force them to do anything. As soon as he determined they were no problem, he walked away, right into another couple asking him to take some other trash out for us...watch again.

The cops that piss me off are the ones who arrest or taze somebody for no decent reason. The cop in this vid is not guilty of any of that.

  • Great people have vids on this stuff. Go America!! But I got a family full of cops so I would say this - whenever you're dealing with a cop, look at them like you're looking at the guy who takes out the trash on your behalf. They handle the shit of our society for us. This cop is coming off a 16hr shift and he's probably FRIED. Who knows what kind of trash he took out for us earlier? Fact of the matter, take charge cops are less likely to get killed in the line of duty. Now who wants the job?

  • @CribNotes by the way, Internal Affairs is not the police "policing themselves". The last thing any cop wants is Internal Affairs creating a file on them.

  • Adam & Pete, taking it to the streets! Keep up the great work, guys.

  • Assault. Nuff said.

  • @TheEdinMiami Not assault at all. He gets in their face for sure but as soon as he determines Adam and Pete are no prob, he turns and walks away -right into some other "trash" he has to clean up (see my other post). You got a cop coming off a 16hr shift who's obviously exasperated when he rolls up on Adam and Pete to clear the air. His superior may have told him to go make peace. He didn't have to. You can tell by the moto cops explanation of that parking lot that he's just FRIED.

  • @CribNotes

C'mon! So he worked a 16 hr. shift and that gives him the right to get in the guy's face? I'm sick of hearing these "he had a bad day" excuses, and your line in the sand point is moot as it was the OFFICER who kept advancing toward the guy with the camera.

  • @TyrannyChannel We don't know what happened during the cop's 16hr shift. So you're sick of hearing "he had a bad day" excuses? How do you think a cop's "bad day" would stack up against one of yours or mine? Haha! The "line in the sand" is a metaphor for establishing a psychological safety zone, not just a physical one. Apparently they've had some issues at this particular location. You are correct that a "bad day" is no excuse to arrest or taze somebody for nothing. But that didn't happen here.

  • I have to give credit to the other officers for much better control of the situation and self-control than that stupid motorcycle cop. The motorcycle cop should be demoted to "cats in trees" duty.

  • @AynRKey You can tell by superior officers response that the moto cop is a good one, albeit having a bad day. The moto cop rolled up later on Adam and Pete and told them of a situation where a cop was surrounded at that parking lot. That's a red flag. As a cop, you cannot help anybody if you cannot first establish your own safety. This is why you will see cops drawing a line in the sand in front of you. Not too aggressive in this case if the past situation he related to them is true.

  • @AynRKey

yes, but then the poor cats would have to learn to operate a camera.

  • At least he spoke with you guys afterwards. I'm not apologizing for anyone's behavior, but it is essential to communicate. Maybe next time he's doing the same duty, he'll think of you and your interaction with him and it will affect his behavior in the future. That will most likely affect more change than submitting a report to the internal investigation people.

  • Yeah, Adam... there was "no reason to be scared." You're only dealing with an angry, armed, nazi-esque thug who can be violent to you and get away with it.

    Nothing to see here.

  • I hate people like the camera men. Seriously, one thing is to protect your rights, and another thing is to be an asshole into someones face, and keep throwing stupid lines that are meant to irritate. Imagine a guy coming up to you, and not leaving for an hour, and babbling and repeating himself.

  • @ArtypNk re: "to be an asshole into someones face" I would like to point out that neither of the camera operators were in anybody's face, until the motorcycle officer got up in theirs. Also, those "stupid lines that are meant to irritate" were not meant to irritate, they were meant to inform and educate and challenge these officers' knowledge of the civil rights of the population that they are sworn to protect. It was refreshing to see the more civil conversation at the end of the video.

  • @canadarocks420

Yea, cop did approached them, and he was out of order. But then they hanged about for such a long time, clearly wanting to get as much attention and reaction as possible. I mean, I'm all for videotaping officials and public servants to hold them accountable, but not while spewing shit that would make any man get angry.

  • That is one dishonest, hotheaded cop. Hope he gets rep-remanded! I truly wonder how many innocent people he has arrested when they never did anything wrong.

  • Cop should not be reprimanded. Watch the whole vid. Apparently some real shit went down at parking lot in the past. That's important. Cop got off his bike and did some recon on Adam and Pete, albeit aggressively. But as soon as he saw they were no prob, he left them alone!! I got a family full of cops. This moto cop had a long day. No such thing as Robocop. It's a tense vid but hey, NOTHING HAPPENED. The cops that piss me off are the creeps who arrest or taze some poor sod over some bullshit.

  • @JoshCousteau - he won't get reprimanded, they'll play this video and high-five him.

  • Oink! Oink!

  • Wow, he got a little excited there. Good thing that couple walked up when they did.

  • Thats why I call them dick some times. Hmmm Can we say4th amendment

  • @TheShowmebby 4 T W

  • Every state should allow you to film the police. If they can't police themselves then the people can.

  • What a scumbag.

  • Kudos on your courage and your silver tongue Adam.

  • hahahahahahaha. never let those pricks intimidate you!

  • I've been livin in Edgewater for 17 yrs. I know all the senior cops. Lots of new rookie cops and a few "coppettes", and most are cool. That "CHIPS" tubby cop with the 1982 moustache is probably the biggest prick on the force. But seriously, in that cops defense, Thurs nights, lots of shithead kids act up in the parking lot givin the cops lots of grief.

  • Some nice back-pedaling from Officer Wahler once he realized he was going to be on youtube.
