mainly you need to wax stuff like curbs, ledges, anything concrete, wood, or plastic. usually rails dont need to be waxed, they do better without it i think, but always check a rail and test it by taking ur sk8 off and grinding over it with ur hands holding the sk8 to see if its slick enough, cause u dont wont a nasty fall

If you go for the street I think that the Razors are better, the USD are really good too but I don't feel them really solid, when a friend and me exchanged skates for one day I got the USD'S an he got my Remz 08 02's, and I was afraid of breaking them.

But anyway, both skates are pretty sweet, I just said what I've experienced with one of the models you mention.

I've never used the Razors 2 Icons, but I used to have a pair of G7 and GOD!, they were soooo good.
