how did you make this robot not like turn around and such? like how is it balanced?

@Alondra0002 There is a beam connected to the middle servo that rotates. It goes inside a slot in another linear beam connected to the shovel. The rotating beam basically pushes/pulls the linear moving beam . . . hope that made sense lol

I want to do a robot for my Science Fair project but I have basically no idea on how to do it soo I researched a little and found this. ( my robot has to have a function ) soo I wanted to do this but I don't understand it. Do you know a video that could help me build a robot with a function ( but it has to be remote controlled )

Its not a robot its just a crappy remote control car. For something to be a robot it has to interact with its environment and process information. Any stooge can just stick a couple servos on to plexi glass
