first of all, who cares wheteher it is playback or not, if you "know" him you know that he can sing!?

there are probably good reasons when he doesn't sing live.

I have to admit that I am to busy being fascinated by his face to notice sound matters...he is sooo beautiful and cute...is this a kiss he puts on the mic at the end, or am I crazy???

there's also the possiblity it was actually live, but they overdubbed the live version with anoither audio. (not sure if this was live? ) maybe he had a cold. Another interesting questoin is if other artists were live on this concert/occation. In alot of cases (especially tv shows) it is technically too much hassle to let them perform live, even if they want to play life

Yeah I agree...In my country they used to have this big concert-thing that belonged to a tv music station (like mtv , but dutch) and they even dared to call it "live on stage" (it was all playback) what actually even meant that the person was live on the stage, but apparently not singing live. LOL. I never understood why they did not let people play live. Maybe at that time they sucked? It was about 10 years ago. I'm not sure. Anyway, we know Espen can really sing live wel..

I have been following Espen Lind since early yesterday after first joining You Tube and accidentally finding one song by him. After that, I've been off & on linking & searching away for more. This live video is incredible. Thank you for sharing this. His voice is awesome, not to mention his face, those blue eyes, and, at the end of this live "Unloved" performance, a smile to die for. I can't imagine someone not loving him. He is fantastic.
