I have solutions enable 7.1.2 I installed it on a server that has a ISCSI target. I ran through the license and added that. I have no option to edit clar_ip.txt your instructions here assume the end user knows something please explain this process in a bit more detail.

First, thank you Chad for posting this. I have been asking my EMC account person for this tool for quite awhile or for helpful hints on how to install it. This video made it certainly doable. Ver 2.1 helped as well, but following this video the CLI method wasn't too difficult either.

I would suggest a followup video on creating a remote solutions enabler host. The install was easy to fumble through, but for a non-EMCer required a bit of knowledge not included in the document.
