I could tell this animation was POV-Ray just by looking at it. POV-Ray has some qualitie that makes its stills and animations instantly recognizable.

Well, you could write to Lego and ask them to make one (good luck with that).

Otherwise you could find a white astronaut minifig and dye him green. But why would want to do that since all Classic Space minifigs are collector items and aren't made anymore.
