WTF! 2 Tyrants? Saturn Version is amazing + the battle mode. OMG why didn't I play this before? I have Resident Evil: Directors Cut on PSX and RE Remake on Gamecube. This version looks very promising too.

@ConsolePlayer64 RE Saturn version also includes 2 exclusive costumes, a new type of enemy (on the underground with Chris), and other surprises, like the zombie Wesker ;)

@defmetalgod666 if youre a resident evil noob.... you should play a No Magnum run through each RE game at least once. yes the magnum can be fun.. but imo EVERY game is alot funner if you dont play with the Magnum. it evens out the score a bit, adds intensity, and makes you a hell'ov a better player. ESPECIALLY RE4... and no rocket launchers (for that, till the end of course) Seriously, i recommend it

@bobbieholbrook The one in Battle Mode is the real bitch. He's Gold colored and it takes like 100 handgun shots to kill the bastard. If you have Shotgun or Magnum it is less, but maybe 50 tops. That was a nightmare.

I've had this on Playstation since 1998 (my cousin gave it to me) and I think this has better graphics, on mine the characters look pixelated and fmv's are in black and white!

i should buy a sega saturn for better enjoyment.

Does anyone know why they changed it from 2 to 1 tyrant in the playstation release? I have a saturn emulator and was playing this game and there are noticeable differences in em. Also why remove battle mode from the playstation release?

I have a theory. I believe this game was released on the Sega Saturn first, and I think the edited some things out for the PlayStation release, to generally make it less difficult perhaps. Maybe the parts that were edited out received the most criticism. It's just a theory.
