  • lol

  • Awsome kid , cheap solution to practice at home.

  • nice video i was wondering if u could use the board for playing goalie like on rough sement use the board as a crease so i could slide

  • @VicTheTrick7 No it doesn't work like that, your skates would slice up the board. Skill pads are only good for stick handling and shooting off of.

  • @philbantamA Ugh, another Canadiens fan. Getting sick of you guys and your bullshit. Lets get our facts right. Nearly all Canadiens fans weren't even alive when the Canadiens won most of their cups, and even when you did win, it was against 5 other teams. Some of the players probably had rationing books. You're team is bloody french. Nobody in the league likes your team. You've never won the president's trophy and you haven't won a Stanley Cup in nearly 2 decades. FUCK YOU GUYS

  • What is the board acctually called bc thats a really good idea and i want to buy one

  • Negative Comment

  • american sports are poo. get a football a real one thats round and you can play with it anywhere. idiots

  • @blackiwoods You're a moron. I love football, but I also love ice hockey. Problem with most people in the UK is that they're ignorant (see above). Most people I've met say ice hockey is crap, yet they've never watched it. Let me point something out; in ice hockey, it is 60 minutes (sometimes more) none-stop action. Football is 70 minutes kicking around the defence/midfield, and 20 minutes enjoyable play. I know which sport I'd prefer to watch.

  • How much is a flypuck? Where can you get them?

  • it came in lemon sent lmaooo

  • The canadians suck!!!! Bruins r better!!!!

  • that stick is recalled

  • for the ball put 2 pucks under on the side and it works

  • i loled when the puck hit the camera

  • wat the hell is habs

  • @traviskasper3 Well you clearly know nothing about hockey

The habs are the montreal canadians

  • What Exactly is this made of?

  • can u use pucks on this?

  • @i would think so, its a lubracant

  • Great vid bro

  • i will rape u 1vs 1 how tha f u got all thses shit when u dont aven play hockey

  • is plexi glass good? doesn't it break if you practise your shots?

i don't want it to break after 1000 shots or so ...

  • for my skill pad i tried oven cleaner and it work really well! so you should try is but warning when you spray it it smells like crap

  • I live in new York and I can't find any kind of plastic like this at hardware stores.....do u remember the name of that plastic sheet? That would help me

  • @MrCupcakes76 get plexi glass and spray the crap hes talking about on it :) works like ice!!

  • -nice

  • @TheHockeyplayer1996 just use ply wood it works

or get plastic it works well to

  • Great "how to". Very impressive kid!

  • the reason why the real puck is sticking is bacause of the spray

  • let the negative stuff roll of your back stay 100 % positive and keep going forward.

  • that's amazing im going to Rona now to get all of that stuff for myself

  • can you skate on it?

  • @Marshall123321 of course not!

  • i tried the bungee cords..works good,I already have a skill pad i bought from greatskate

  • Wut i did i put pledge on both sides of the puck and it works just like a fly puck the reason i did it was because i liked the waight of the oficcial N.H.L puck... WD40 works to GR8 vid.

  • i think i got a hardboard it works nice! is that board an acrylic sheet or plexi glass?

  • not bad.I'd go with something a little more slippery though just for the standard puck.

  • great review, i dont even plan on making one and im not even sure why i clicked on this video but your review was amazing so i just had to say something

  • where can you find the flypuck and please tell me the price

  • Comment removed

  • I bought a 4' x 8' shooting pad at snipehockeydotcom, seems to be holding up to slapshots. Still not cheap, but I shouldn't have to keep replacing.

  • The skill pad is nice.Where did you get the lemon sented spray stuff.Do you play hockey.I play it.IT ROCKS! Watch woody dies hard.By,THeHockeymonsters2

  • you can by fucking artificial on line or at a store

  • Ok, the funny thing is... I bought the same exact skill pad at totalhockey for $17.95 (Pretty cheap). How could possibly know how to make one of these?

  • so,, u were the 1st person ever!?!?! to put a vid on how to make a skill pad?? ya right

  • Is it skateable? Like would it work with ice hockey skates?

  • okk why the black puck no but the blue puck yes??

  • the only thing i can really say about this is that considering how small it is it seems like you wouldnt get too much out of it besides soft to medium passes

  • i love this kid he is so funny

  • Great video dude!

  • where did u buy them flypuck and them roller hockey puck

  • @TheAceofNate what the canadians just suck

  • that was aweful

  • @alexisnotsexy Yes, so awful that i got over 50k views ... get a life no one cares what you think

  • @magichabs3921 50k is nothin... just sayin. and also this thing did not work very well at all. and this is not "how to make a skill pad" its actually "kid shows us what he thinks is a great skillpad"

  • @magichabs3921 then why would you comment back dummie.

  • @magichabs3921 Right on bro. I was actually working on building one of my own when I just came across this video. I'm sure watching this video, could do nothing but help in making mine. That kid is a douchebag talking shit. He probably sucks at hockey, and is mad that playerss like us are developing our skills, and blowing past them on the ice. I'm building my pass recieiver different than how u are but I hope mine turns out as nice. Sweet stuff dude.

  • @magichabs3921 then why the hell are you watching this??

  • good video and why do u have puck marks all over your dresser?lol

  • @magichabs3921 Either way play hockey and your a true canadian

  • a few days ago i got some drywall and tried it out with a regular black ice hockey puck and it worked gr8 so i was wondering if i put jig-a-loo or pledge on it would it slide more so can u plz answer this question cauz i relly wanna know. THNX :)

  • @CrosbyFan5000 Yea definatley

  • @CrosbyFan5000 no it whould not because dry wall when wet is all messey

  • Have you tried out skates on it?

  • where did you buy the fly puck and ccm roller puck?

  • @civic4thewin we have fly pucks at r pro shop

  • Where did u buy that plastic disc ? =)

  • Hi, I was going to ask where you bought the plastic disc?

  • ahh yes, a blue puck that wieghs half the mass of a regular,

  • @chasefilming your point?

  • hello there...nice board

If u use a bit baby powder, all the pucks are sliding better.

    regards

    from switzerland

    pete

  • Can anyone tell me exactly what the name of the material is and where you got it from

  • what material is it....whats the exact name of the material

  • Insted of putting weights on in get 4 puck and drill 2 pucks on each side with the matterial you use to send the puck back and is will stay

  • what is the pad called? because whenever i go to home depot or rona , i always have difficulties explaining or describing the pad. I tough it would be easier if I knew the name.

  • what is the pad

  • what is the pad

  • listen at 1 minute into it it`s pretty big thats what she said

  • first one on youtube did you get the idea from somewhere else

  • What is the exact name of the plastic material?

  • @gctnhl

  • if u want the puck to slide put some plastic wrap on it and then cover it in crisco just on one side

  • lol thts a nice stick. i got the same 1 from like 2 years ago

  • IF YOU ARE DANISH OR SOMETHING, YOU CAN BUY ROLLER/FLY-PUCKS AT rexhockey, com OR AT skatepro,dk ;-)

  • haha all them black streaks on ur dresser. hope mommy dont catcha. XD

  • Where can i buy a roller hockey puck ?

  • Hey, just checked out your new website on my iPod... It's nice and I can't wait for updates on it!

  • Lmao, the first time you tried the standard black puck it sucked, but then you wailed it against your cable and I think it might of landed halfway down the hallway

  • @phasterone yeea haha

  • If you want your puck to slide fast, put holes in from the top, and flip over, so its smooth

  • What kind of material is this?

    how much?

    How much is a flypuck?

  • @SPplaya77 flypucks are about 10 $

  • what plastic is that

  • will any bungee cord work?

  • great video! i am going to make one!

  • everytime i shoot against the bungy cord it comes out.Can i do anything to make it stay?

  • That could be two things, your bungy cord could either be too big, or you need something like a weight to put on the end which will keep the hook of the cord stuck on the bottom

  • @magichabs3921 hey will pledge wood floor work?

  • The black puck you just have to put it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours that's all and you can make a hole rink is what I did witch is cool and fun.but some people are bum and they can't come up with it anyway but nice video.

  • awesome vid looks like it would work really well

  • @666metal666me Yup that too

  • put slippery tape on standard black puck and it works really good

  • the reason real skill pads work best is because they have an ice TEXTURE so pucks won't stick to them.

  • put WD-40 on it i did that and it slides real good...

  • i went to lowes and got an acrylic sheet 24X48 inches, it was $20 works great, the elastic cord was a great idea, and if you dont have any weights just use some old paint cans or empty gallons of milk and fill them with water, they work just as good.

  • first person on the internet to know this? I doubt it. but good video anyway

  • go to every skill pad video on youtube, or on any site for that matter, and see if they posted there video before me ... i was the first on the internet

  • if you say so.

  • lol DANANA BLUE PUCK! good vid man you really helped

  • i looked for plexi glass but it wa like 300 bucks for a 4x8 piece of it. can you please tell me what u used. thanks

  • please tell me your joking

  • not at all
