Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's Steve Dilling on the banjo. This was before Sammy Shelor came in, I believe late '93 or early '94, and that's great to see Dan T. pickin' the mando!
This is the best version of this tune here on YT, hands down, other than on American Music Shop.
