If you hate the car, then better present the car to me. I really like her! She is nice - especially as she looks not as shiny as the typical cars for the nouves and show-offs. Repair her mechanics, and you will have a genuine Q-car to be proud of and to have much fun with.
just come across your vid, great , I can tell that you love every bit of it ! They are amazingly Heath Robinson in many ways , but all the more intruiging as a result. My 1950s RR probably has bits from the 30s and amazing mechanical servo brakes.
As you say almost what ever car youre next to it exudes that extra some thing that nothing else can. Oh Id love to fix a bike carrier to mine for my K1200R.....the sublime and the ridiculous.
Looks like an older 'Bentley Corniche' rather than a Conti. I agree about the ultimate pickup comment - I own a 1985 Conti convertible. But jeez - the faux mesh grille and headlight covers? The star decal on the bonnet? No wonder the exhaust's blowing - it looks like you bought a dog. Now that you've had it for 15 years, try taking it in for a service..
It was like new when I bought it 50,000 miles and full service history with RR.I usually have a bike rack fitted which carries a yam XT500.Lots of RR and Bentley owners are amused and disgusted by it-every year Im at Le mans 24 hour--causes quite a stir.Exhaust damages when rabbit shooting at night with a lamp over rough fields,hanent got it stuck yet though.Great fun to own this car though
