Big thanks to everybody. That project i was built on my suzuki fx 125cc, with ATmega16 microcontroller, and 64X240 LCD base T6963 controller. Some one looking for my schematic, but i have no that because i built it from board for quickly, sorry about that. Thank again!

Yea, I think it is a bike also cause look at the voltage. Even at that very few cars would run 11K rpm and continue without harm...
