it is a german version, but in germany it would be written with "ü" which does not exist in english. i've never seen it with "ue". it's kinda hard to tell you how to pronounce it without saying it because there is no equivalent in english for "ü". i'm sorry.

if you speak french: "ü" is pronounced similarly to the "u" in french.
