  • @csx8663 I personally prefer Pennsylvania RR, but i have no room to talk

  • OMG, that engine looks soo accurate, leave it to atlas to take enthusiast's breath away!!!!!!!!!!

  • you know Lionel's new AC6000s don't have spinning fans or even a see through radiator grill MTH's AC6000s have see through metal radiators and spinning fan blades.

  • I got the old yard master my dad has from when he was born

  • Nice engine Eric, I prefer MTH but I do have this exact model but it's the EMD demo version with red and white and with the General Motor markings on it.

  • Bonjour Eric,

is all atlas can be run with legacy system or just dcs

  • @jftrains You cannot run this engine with DCS alone. You have to have either TMCC or Legacy.

  • @esiegel76 yeaaaaaaauuuuuhhhhhh i love Detroit,Toledo, and Ironton

  • @esiegel76 oh yea. i have studied DT&I for a long time and i have to say the horn sound and look is exactly right

  • hi eric hey eric can you do a review on that fec sd70m-2 locomotive in the background because im a serious florida east coast railfan here in florida

  • @trainman151 I've already done a review on Lionel's Legacy SD70's. Watch that video and just imagine the FEC paint scheme. Other than the paint scheme, there's not much of a difference.

  • Hi Eric! your reviews are always the best, thanks

  • eric your review vids are so good that lionel, atlas o, mth, and other brands should pay you in money or in engines to say good things about them, like you do anyway

  • Very nice engine Eric ! Thanks for sharing

  • Very nice. Atlas does great work.

  • What happened to the nose bell on that DT&I Geep ?

  • @esiegel76 It sounds like that engine has the same sound system as your Atlas O MP-15DC switcher. Lionel put that exact sound system in their FT AA streamlined diesels shown in their 2000 volume 1 catalog. As always, awesome review, Eric.

  • @tpasman94 Railsounds 4 sound sets are very limited. They only made a handful of diesel sound chips, so the diesel sounds are usually pretty generalized.

  • @esiegel76 That's pretty neat. How many different types of diesels did Atlas O put the Railsounds 4 system in?

  • Awesome video and great review as always! I have heard that Atlas is coming out with a better sound system that still uses TMCC. Have you heard about this yet?

  • Nice job, once again Eric! Keep 'em coming! You rock! Thanks!!

  • I love it! Really puts out the smoke, I love the overall look of it. Never heard of Atlas until now. Think I will go and put my nose in and see what they have.

  • very nice. love the color.

  • Really gorgeous model. Great review Eric can't wait for the next one

  • Atlas makes the most beautiful things!!! I wish Atlas engines could be run with DCS

  • Did the 35s have the 567 or 645 in them from EMD.

  • @LycoValleyRRFan EMD 567's as original from EMD. This engine was the reason EMD developed the 645, The 2500 Horses being cranked from the 567's kept causing engine failure and high maintenance costs. too much power to ask from the 567, so they came up with the 645's to produce even more power.

  • Sweet engine Eric! Looks really nice. You have shown over and over again how detailed Atlas is with their master series products. Thanks for sharing! Keep the videos coming!

  • that engine is awesome i love the color like if u agree

  • Being from the Detroit Area, the DT & I works well into my layout, thanks for the heads up.

  • Can you make a video about DCC and how you hooked yours up. It would be very helpful.

  • Good review are you going to be listing the starting tractive effort of the engines you review in the new reviews and have you tested your mth DD40s pulling power yet?

  • Awesome review Eric!!! Man that AtlasO GP-35 looks and sounds great! How are things going on the layout in preparation for your date on the Piedmont Pilgrimage? Hopefully all is well! I am still planning on attending next saturday, and from there I'm planning to drive to N.C. to spend Halloween with family, can't wait! Thanks again for the awesome review and hopefully I will see you soon!

  • I like your engine I love DT&I,CSX,N&W, C&O, NS

  • A lot of old GP-35 are now GP38s

  • Excellent video excellent engine.
