It has nothing to do with Obama or Bush : as far as i know, politicians are not those who go to war, they only order OTHERS to go to war. Count the politicians right now fighting in Irak or Afghanistan : zero !! Tate is not a "liberal" : he's just a very good metal singer in a long haired rock 'n' roll band...That's all.

I totally regret not interviewing my grandfather with a recorder. The man, near the end of his life, couldn't tell you what he had for breakfast, but would launch into a historical narrative at the drop of a hat. He was born around 1896(?), so many of the adults in his life were Civil War vets, and he lived thru the industrial revolution, both World Wars, the advent of the automobile, radio and television, and was just an amazing guy. If you still have a grandparent alive, do the interview!
