  • there are two ways for that to come down... a hole is ripped in the ballon and it comes down as a burning ball of flame... or the fire goes out and it falls to earth as a balloon

  • ThinkBurningHouse

  • And if it bumps into a tree? FIRE

  • I can see a few forest fires in the making....

  • Thay look like giant condoms

  • it's look like yee peng festival in thailand hahaha

  • @masterchafas live long and prosper

  • Llap?

  • Driving in my nice new car no problem just driven and what is that hit the windsheil oh dear god swurve boooom 7 pm news seems a little girls dream killed 20 people in a major pile up

  • @coralfan1 Dumb.....ass

  • Suddenly.. forest fire.

  • im still holding my breath here

  • Illegal in my country =.= unfair...but then again, it hits aeroplanes XD lol

  • That was so beautiful :')

  • DELICIOUS !

  • I bought one, did that, then it bumped into the old folks home / orphanage and lit it on fire... No one survived.

  • IN BRAZIL THIS IS A CRIME

  • @novaordemxisto Infelizmente... Que dó! Que dó! Que dó!

  • Those seem... kinda dangerous. What if it catches fire and lands on someones roof?

  • we did this once, it was nice untill it ran into our tree and caught is on fire :/

  • @masterknowlege liar.

  • @adlereagle123 tell that to the tree

  • @masterknowlege But trees don't talk! O;

    ..... or do they O_o

  • @adlereagle123 of course trees can't talk, but talking isn't necessary for listening

  • @masterknowlege lol i was kidding dude about me freaking out about trees not talking.

  • @adlereagle123 i wasn't freaking out if i was THEN I WOULD BE TYPING LIKE THIS but anyways i approve of the product above

  • Only you can start forest fires!

  • This is a perfect video for the snowflake button...

  • This is how I'm gonna propose.

  • we will have more UFO sightings in the future

  • Or if the ballon catches on fire...

  • Back at base, bugs in the software

Flash the message, "Some thing's out there"

  • Wouldn't it suck if it got caught in a tree?

  • Two things

    Is this tangled or what?

Is there a kid in that hot air ballon.

  • do you sell those? or can you at least tell us how to make one?

  • @captspaulding100

They have a link to the sale page on every one of their videos in the description section directly under the video. Unfortunately, they have sold out of these cool little things.

  • What a wonderful way to make our disregard for the environment perfectly clear! don't put on any personal information or the cops will be able to trace it back to you! The wish thing is an adorable idea, but releasing balloons is terrible for the environment. It could burn something or an animal could get caught in it and die. It's like trying to put a positive spin on polluting the planet.

  • So beautiful, reminds me of a plastic bag floating in the wind only this one causes fire too <3 :/

  • You should also wear gloves for the fingerprints

  • Omg.. It's hilarious that this video made so many people so freaking angry.

  • Hope it doesnt land in forrest and start a fire

  • POLLUTION

  • just me or is this a really bad idea ...

  • what if someone saw this and thought it was a ufo?

  • "Make all your hopes, dreams and wishes come true" *BLOWS INTO TREE AND BURNS*

  • HERESY!!! IT FLOATS!!! DEMONS!!!!

  • creative flaming littering

  • it told me told hold my breath and then i passed out :P

  • @Sandman267 thats true but unless its a dry season or dry trees it wouldent really cause a flame. But i guess its always possible

  • I ordered three LOL.

  • i saw this yesterday and dreampt about it.... i caught my house on fire in my dream from it, lol

  • Am I allowed to breathe yet?

  • You guys should write some sort of warning/policy about this so you don't get sued or something. You never know, there are some money hungry people out there.

On another note, this reminds me of my friends video on the Chinese New Year.

  • Awesome. And the fire keeps the balloon aloft by the way, the only way for it to come back down is for the fire to go out. At that point there is no danger. Stop overreacting lol. People have been flying these things for hundreds of years.

  • @realnandolopez yes but when it comes down animals can get hurt in it. or it could cause pollution in a forest or river. so even if it doesn't start a fire it can still harm the environment. not being angry or anything just explaining that that is a concern too.

  • @theTardisrules This is why we didn't stock the version that has wire in it. We sell only the one that is 100% biodegradable.

  • no brazil isto e proibido

  • That is so pretty and so sweet......and So E legal in Australia...=_=''

  • @malaka686535 same in germany

  • and how is that different from any other hot air baloon?

  • Derp to all you, the fire burns out before it gets to the ground

  • @Silverpandablood And what if it gets stuck in a tree? >_>

  • Only you can prevent forest fires!

  • Don't you realize, the fire goes out before the balloon starts to descend.

  • And that sir is how bushfires start.

  • Let's see how many things can go wrong with this

  • Are you fucking kidding me? A REAL geek wouldn't buy this hyped up piece of shit from thinkgeek, they would make it THEMSELVES!

  • Ok, who else thought the trees were going to catch on fire?

  • This sounds nice, if it was near the great lakes or ocean... and if the wind is blowing to the water. Otherwise this sounds really really dangerous.

  • I like it but this cannot be safe in a dry area.

  • @CheesyCheetah the fire burns out before it hits the ground :)

  • Sooooo....when it comes down, it sets the trees on fire b/c of the lack of rain and then causes a forest fire and THINK GEEK IS RESPONSIBLE!

  • All I can think of when watching this is the movie James and The Giant Peach........

  • @XMaragothX So weird, cos I had similar thoughts. :)

  • Extra large condoms

  • and that, my dear, is how forest fires are made...

     jk ;D

  • And then it crashes down and burns down an orphanage... great job, Thinkgeek.

  • I was hoping the tree would catch.

  • TANGLED O.O lol

  • Seems like a fire hazard.

  • @QuattroStig even if it landed ON a tree, prob wouldnt do anything, depends, but not really

  • @andrew1haddad There is always a risk of fire if it involves something that is set aflame and is mobile by wind.

  • @thinkgeek what happened to the ghost pepper flakes video?

  • @DevilDog36th We're gonna reshoot it.

  • @fraizemonkey thanks! im going to buy 3 of them for Christmas (one for my brother, one for my brother-in-law, and one for me :P)

  • Knowing think geek itl probably be $6 for a single lantern

  • @SkuzzyHD 4.99 for one 12.99 for three and 39.99 for ten

  • I wish: they told me when to stop holding my breath!

  • and then a lucky bird passes by, crashes into the hot balloon, ignites and fall of the sky like a glowing piece of moon, illuminating the starry night ...

  • littering......

  • Man, this was my grade 6 science project... made out of a bag some sticks and a candle....

  • They had these in new years eve. It burnt a lot of land and some buildings. This is dangerous.

  • I just know someone's gonna end up letting it go and watching it drift into a tree...

  • you people thinking this is fire risk are morons. go back to grade school science and see if you can figure out how this works.....nm...you cant. heat rises...as long as its burning its generating heat causing balloon to rise....no burny=no fire=balloon comes down...without fire!! fucking morons.

  • @grasmussenNC You're missing a major complication factor: Strong wind = it blowing over into ground/tree = inferno

  • @Spudcosmiccc your're smart..positive dynamic stability..blowing over in to ground.nah..into a tree.yeah possible. me..opinionated....oh yeah!!. I do like that you are thinking though...keep playing the thinking game. however....the envelope is flame retardant(not proof)...wind will cause it to tip in the direction of travel which puts the envelope(flame retardant) between said tree and flame......also...how many hot air balloons have you seen go up in smoke?

  • @grasmussenNC hot air balloons were the first method of travel by the Montgolfier brothers in approx 1783, were preceded by the Kongming Chinese Lantern in 200-220 AD, and possibly experimented with as early as 300 BC. I still like the balsa and dry cleaner bag the best though. thank you "theboomster"

  • These are ancient.

  • Only YOU can prevent forest fires.

  • @agentgamma23 Once they go high enough I'm sure they self extinguish

  • like from tangled :D

  • someone was lighting these things up like crazy down thejersey shore this past summer. I wanted to know where they got them, now I know.

  • Why is everyone saying its a fire risk? It's only a risk if you do something retarded like hold on to it or light it inside. Perfectly safe.

  • If my house burns down and the fire department says it started on the roof, I blaming it on this first.

  • As nice as the sentiment is-- this is a disaster waiting to happen.

  • i make these out of magic birthday candles, balsa wood (H shape), and dry cleaner bags (with pencil holes as vents), but please feel free to buy from Think Geek; I own stock in GEEKNET.

  • -few hour later- BREAKING NEWS: Forest fire cause is unknown

  • -thinks of the tardis as it wobbles off in the sky-

  • this is pretty cool and all ... but what are the safety precautions? it could easily set fire to something it landed on.

  • And this is how forest fires get started

  • You are basicly telling us to make everything go up in flames... -___-

    I'm unsubscribing

  • Yea im not paying money to get arrested for having my shit fly around the city. Also im not paying money just to see some notes fly away and never come back.... and btw after i light the hot air ballon, can i relight it?

  • might as well write fire hazard all over it

  • forest fires form a distance sound safe

  • Thats lovely~

  • i feel like that will set my house on fire :/

  • this seems incredibly dangerous... coming soon to a forestfire near you

  • @PassThePi dont worry i live in denmark were i rains 300 days a year and the other 65 days it windy so forestfire's aint a problem here :)

  • Funny story, I did this once and put a arrow on it. When it got in the air everyone was laying down. Mine burned up and the arrow fell. It hit a man in the knee and later I found that the man made a game called Skyrim and put that story in there.

  • @TheRebelEye the joke is old and boring now. stop

  • @urchin34 I made no joke. I simply told a story.

  • @TheRebelEye i see what you did there :)

  • @asiis1000 Cool for you?

  • couldn't it set fires when it lands

  • @wasupwithyou it gennerally burns up b4 it lands but yes it could

  • @wasupwithyou the fire would probably be out by the time is begins to descend

  • @wasupwithyou unless the wind blows it into the ground/hill, the fire will make it climb untill it goes out.

  • @wasupwithyou Exactly. DEATH TO THE ALIENS WHO FIND IT >:D

  • is it biodegradable?

  • want

  • I would have consensual sex with it.

  • first
