I'm really disappointed with how it looks. My version is fine and crystal clear when I upload it, but it seems to be Youtube's processing of it that turns it all mushy and blurry!

what program are using to burn the video, and what file format are you loading up to youtube? .movi files gives the best quality.

I edit with Windows Movie Maker, saving as a wmv file. It looks fine (and I've tried it with various outputs). But the youtube process destroys it.
