  • What they fail to mention is if you're over 5'8, you're more likely to get injured by this exercise than you are fit.

    A lot of compound exercises are high risk for long framed people.

  • Do crossfit burpees.... You do the squat thrust, into a pushup, back into squat position, then jump. repeat...

  • Yea good work William......be prepared to do more of these. I will soon have you do 50 push ups with 25 burpees. I know you can do it. You will soon do them while you are doing one arm push ups too. Get ready.
