I'm sorry but I was a thrower in high school and I am appalled by your statement. I was the strongest kid in my school and technique helped so much. Sophmore year i threw 40' in shot and 100 feet in disc. both with no technique. BY the time I was a senior i was throwing 50 in shot and 140's in disc. I jumped from 120 to 140 from junior to senior year. Technique is how my best bud broke our school discus record when i threw 143 at the same meet. Technique is a must to be the best u can be!!!
