Actually this packer is slow, but because the slow hat driver don't want to wait so driver gives more pump to throttle to make hydraulic flow faster and crazier.

can only imagine what the packer blade would be like if the driver kept the throttle goin constantly :D
Very fast... probably because in this one the driver gives the pump some throttle.
