How Do I Install The Rain Meter Without Crappy Instructions :3?

first, download rainmeter on wwwDOTrainmeterDOTnet

second, install rainmeter

third, choose and download skins from customizeDOTorg or deviantartDOTcom

fourth, if it the skin is in rmskin format, just right click and simply click install

or if it is in zip or rar format, simply extract it and copy the folder (the one with the theme's title only). then go to your documents folder, find the rainmeter folder and open it, find skins folder and open, paste it there.

It's objectdock. but right now i'am already using rocketdock because OD (based on my experience) gives me nothing but bugs left and right. and i noticed that rocketdock offers more skins and customizations than objectdock.

you can search them in google, there's plenty of sites to choose from.

the alienguise theme i think has been recalled by stardock. in other words, i think it's now available for free use.

hello and i'm really sorry i can't give you the exact link for the wallpaper. i was able to get it because it's a free add on with the Alienguise breed theme that i was using at that time.

but i'm pretty sure you can search the net for that wallpaper.

unfortunately that alienware theme is eanymore applicable. i believe they removed it permanently because i've already talked to several people who tried to download and install it. instead of installing the correct theme, all they got was this basic theme from mycolors (plain version) and literally doesn't have the alienheads and icons.

i'am not anymore using that theme because my notebook screwed up and i had my hard drive replaced. all files lost. lol.

it's confirmed that they already removed the alienware theme setup in the website i gave you.

i have installed this myself almost 4 months ago and it took me 2 days and 1 night to study it's installation process.

AlienGuise Stardock's personalised theme for Alienware is a separate program from Rainmeter.

Take some time to read the basics in Google about this programs before you go out talking trash.

hello. first you need to download the said programs. simply click the links of each program, you can find them in the video description, then click on download it.

after you've downloaded it, right click on one file and click "Open" or "Run"

after that, just follow the instructions that will appear. i can't really remember if all the programs I've used has installer wizard on them.

fortunately it doesn't. it only uses up a very small portion of your RAM. but i don't recommend installing all the programs if you have a single CPU. you should have at least dual core, much better if it's quadcore.

it uses up 15-20% of your total CPU usage. depending on your CPU of course.

i can play most langames without lag though my laptop's still limited when it comes to graphics because my GPU isn't that enhanced like those of Alienware laptops.

for a normal user, the alien heads cannot be customized as it is already part of the theme.

because it is already a "built-in" part.

but i do know that some programmers can actually edit those "alienheads" that you are referring.

actually, they can change the whole theme lol.

sir, pagkadownload niyo po ng kahit anong theme sa rainmeter, (e.g. ironman), ung file na ndownload niyo i run niyo lang agad. tapos automatic na lalabas ung updater/installer ng rainmeter themes.

pagnatapos na mag update/install, ready na gamitin un.

sa taskbar niyo, hanapin niyo lang ung logo ng rainmeter (teardrop), tska right click sa logo, tapos click niyo configs.

under configs, dun niyo na makikita ung mga nakainstall na theme ng rainmeter.

click niyo lang un para magamit :)

lahat yan, from icons, taskbar pati start menu napalitan.

nakalagay ung download link ng program na ginamit ko para mapalitan ung theme. :)

kung hindi pa rin na gana after nian, baka po dahil un sa type ng os mo sir. may ilang programs kc na hindi gumagana sa 32-bit.

tska ung theme na ginamit ko ung alienguise breed, snubukan ko i install sa 32-bit, hindi gumana.
