It reminds me of old experiences. I once saw oil spilled on a floor in takeaway restaurant and the owner shoveled the spilled oils back into the chipped where my chips were being cooked. When I told him what he had done, he hastily made excuses as to say the chips weren't for me. So he poured out freshed chipped potatoes into another chipper and low and behold, he did it again. He put the same unwashed scoop into that chipper. I never ate chips in that restaurant again.
