  • the Republicans are quick to protect tax cuts for the millionaires...in fact, they torpedo any bill that helps 99% of the population if that bill contains a tax hike on the millionaires from 35% to 39% (CLINTON ERA TAX RATE). GOP argues that when taxes were 50-90% back in the 1940-1980s, no one paid at that rate...so since everyone steals, we might as well not have a law that says "stealing is wrong" .... what a fucken group of republicans.

  • GOD BLESS LOU DOBBS!!!!

  • The middle class is dead as a result of global competition. There is no way the American factory worker can compete with cheap labor from developing countries. If you want to protect the American workers, you must increase tariffs to protect American industries. Free trade goes both ways. US companies can sell their stuff in developing countries. What can I say, it is about survival of the fittest.

  • @He101A it's a result of greedy bastards in USA selling out its citizens. people in the USA have no pride...look at Japan...look at even China...America has been slipping down a slippery slope for a while now.

  • @dalecampbl9 Greed is part of human nature, and you can't change human nature. It goes both ways. Labor unions made a lot of unreasonable gains in the USA, like raising wages so often, and producing only so many items. Coming out with stuff like overtime, which is counterproductive. Also suing employers for work related injuries, and there was a lot of fraud in those cases. There is no cooperation between management and labor in the USA, and they can't make compromises.

  • @He101A okay...true...we are all greedy to a certain extent...but there are also various levels of greed, would u agree? But let me ask you this...during both Great Depression and Great Recession...was it labor union demands that caused it or was it the financial industries? Labor unions may get more wages...but keep in mind, they don't make enough to say "fuck you" to their companies. Wall St. guys like Dick Fuld made $550 million and bankrupted Lehman...and the economy.

  • @dalecampbl9 The finance industry caused the Great Depression by enticing people to invest in the stock market by giving potential investors access to $10 of credit for every $1 they invested in Wall Street. In 1929, the bankers decided to get rid of the credit incentive after so many people were in debt up to their eye balls. The debt to income ratio was very high before the Great Depression started in 1929.

  • @He101A so focus on the BIG threats lke deregulation FIRST, but you see the Republicans don't want to do that...when 6 Walton have more money than the 30% of the population...so say the 30% got a 10% pay increase...can they create as much economic destruction as the top multi-millionaires and billionaires? NO...they cannot.

  • @dalecampbl9 De-regulation and free trade is capitalism at its purest form. In such a system, only the strongest and smartest can survive. For example, the person who wants a job must bid for it, and the lowest bid will get the job. The person who does the best work can also get most of the contracts, the lazy and people who don't do a good job will be cut out of the market. What can you do? You just have to work hard and do a good job to survive.

  • You make a huge assumption here that is wrong. The "good workers" survive, while the "bad workers, lazy, incompetent workers" are cut out of the market. Do u know a couple of people on Wall St. by the names of Lloyd Blankfein and Dick Fuld? Dick Fuld received $550 million in the years leading up to the bankruptcy of Lehman. Blankfein is CEO of Goldman Sachs...who bet against the very products they sold to their customers. I think you totally misunderstand why we are in a recession.

  • @dalecampbl9 I know why we are in this depression. It was the result of getting rid of Glass Stiegal Act which was done by the Democrats in the late 1990s. Democrats made it easy for minorities to sue banks if they didn't get loans, calling it discrimination. They enabled unqualified people to get loans they shouldn't have gotten. All these loans and credit cards were backed by the government, do you think these bankers would lend money without government guarantees?

  • Glass Stegall was replaced by Graham Leahy Bliley..."Graham" "leahy" and "Bliley" were all REPUBLICANS!!!! Yes Clinton shoudn't have allowed Glass Stegall to be replaced...but let's not forget which drafted the bill. Again...REPUBLICANS!!!!! Once again...REPUBLICANS!!!!!!! Got it?

  • @dalecampbl9 Clinton signed it, so it became law. What about giving loans to unqualified minorities? Democrats.

  • yes...Clinton signed a REPUBLICANS bill replaced Glass Steagall...who were democrats from the 1930s...I just hope you don't sight of the BIG picture. Clinton the democrat allowed banks to gamble...well...he was the last person to approve it. So why didn't the Republicans try to reverse it? Why not? They had GWBUSH and GOP majority from 2000-2006?

  • @dalecampbl9 I can't speak for the Republicans in 2000 to 2006. Who know why they didn't reverse it, no one will know that, nor can they know that.

  • @dalecampbl9 I know your angry like so many middle class Americans, who lost so much. I hope these people learned a lesson from all of this. Never trust anyone with your money.

  • i'm mad at 3 things...(1) lowering top tax rates from to 35% from 39% and from the 50%-90% rate after WWII (2) iraq war and (3) repeal of glass stegall with graham bliley - to me those are the three main things that destroyed us...if it weren't for Graham Bliley banks even if they are forced to make bad loans, wouldn't have bet against them in the back door, which I'm certain encouraged banks to not fight the rule, but embrace the illogical/bad loan law

  • @dalecampbl9 Your a socialist. You can try to revolt with your OWS movement, but there will be people like me in uniform that will stop you.

  • okay 99:1...you will lose in the end...as history has shown...when things go bad...doesn't matter what KIND of political government we have...people become OWS...happened in France in 1790s, happened in Russia in 1910...always when shit hits the fan...what the GOP/Republicans don't understand, they are too blinded by their own success to even see a problem...just like Charles Dicken's wrote...it was the best of times (for the rich), it was the worst times (for the poor). Mark my words.

  • @dalecampbl9 I don't care. You are barbarians. You will not just be fighting the police, Federal soldiers, and national guard soldiers, you will be fighting foreign troops, mercenaries, Federalized militias, and people who don't agree with your Communist B.S.. Besides, liberals don't know how to use arms, they are anti-gun, and pot smoking hippies, lol. If you get a hold of some weapons, we will wipe you out so quickly it won't be funny.

  • you can call us whatever you want...we have less to lose than you...and you know when it comes down to it..those who have less or nothing to lose will be your most ferocious competitors...survival of the fittest, we shall experience soon. OWS is just a prelude to what is going to happen if economics don't turn around...and I'm not even part of OWS.

  • @dalecampbl9 Go head and revolt. We will block the roads and cut you off from your supplies, and surround you. We will shut down your utilities, shop all shipments of food and other supplies. You will not break through a military blockade with your small arms.

  • @Celebrus123 the military COMES FROM THE POOR you dumb fuck...so do the cops...so do most people...and they will all KNOW someone dear to them who has suffered at the hands of the 0.1%. the top 0.1% elites who robbed the people through lobbying the government, who have made democracy filthy and ineffective..you think PEOPLE WILL NOT RISE AGAINST THAT? OWS is already proof it's starting. You are on the losing end, buddy.

  • @Celebrus123 the military COMES FROM THE POOR...i'm sure Gaddafi was thinking the same thing a few days before his own people dragged him out and executed him...lol...that needs to happen TO some of the top 0.1% and to you. You don't give a shit about democracy...if 70% of the people want universal health care...you just side w/the CEO of big insurance and lobby congress and bulldoze our democratic desires. So fuck you, you fascist shit.

  • @Celebrus123 the military COMES FROM THE POOR...i'm sure Gaddafi was thinking the same thing a few days before his own people dragged him out and executed him...that needs to happen TO some of the top 0.1% and to you. You don't give a shit about democracy...if 70% of the people want universal health care...people like you will lobby congress against it for the CEOs of big insurance.

  • @dalecampbl9 None of that matters, those people will not bite the hand that feeds them. You advocating murdering people. That's called terrorism. The U.S. was never a Democracy, it has always been a Republic. You vote for your representatives, and they represent you. So people like me lobby against mob rule, and people like you argue for mob rule and anarchy. I'll enjoy watching people like you work for 25 cents an hour in some labor camp.

  • @Celebrus123 ur just a racist narrow minded republican..but are there any other kinds of republicans?

  • @dalecampbl9 If you think being sensible is narrow minded then I am. I guess in your definition of narrow minded are people who are realistic. Your just a spoiled child. You lost everything, and now you want to burn the whole country down. Ain't going to happen boy. You have no power, no influence, and no money. The reality is, you will be a debt slave for the rest of your life, so suck it up and accept it.

  • @Celebrus123 okay .... mr. racist.

  • @dalecampbl9 Mr. Troll liberal. All you liberals love to say, I am not a communist. Another thing liberals like to say is, if you disagree with them, they call you a racist. Is that all you can say Mr. liberal parrot, lol. Your racist, and I am not a communist.

  • @Celebrus123 are you missing parts of your brain? i'm calling you a racist because you went on some HILTER youtube videos and posted derogatory comments about Jews, and YOU post positive Comments about HITLER!

  • but hey, if you don't think that's racist...if you think that's BEING FAIR or being GODLY, by all means consider yourself fair and godly. GO just ahead...have that little voice in your head talk to you and convince you that you are fair and/or godly.

  • @dalecampbl9 So what, who cares. I am entitled to my beliefs, this is a free country. It isn't against the law to be a nationalist and a patriot; however, it is treasonous to advocate riots and open revolts in the country you live in terrorist.

  • @Celebrus123 good, I'm glad you are owning up to the fact that RACISM is part of your belief system BECAUSE YOU MADE IT PRETTY CLEAR ON HITLER VIDEOS HOW MUCH YOU DISLIKE ALL JEWS AND HOW HIGHLY YOU THINK OF HITLER. AND I LOVE HOW YOU EQUATE RACISM WITH PATRIOTISM. KEEP AT IT BUDDY.

  • @Celebrus123 Let's see: I advocate revolution against those who are corrupted and ruining our lives. YOU ADVOCATE HITLER, WHICH A AMERICA THAT IS RIGHTEOUS HATES. So you tell me who is treasonous. Dumbass.

  • @dalecampbl9 You ruined your own lives by borrowing more than you made, so stop making up excuses to justify violence and terrorism. You can't blame anyone for being in the situation you are in now, you can't blame the bankers, the government, the corporations, and anyone who is better off than you. If you riot, we will throw you in prison. If you take up arms, the police and military will hunt you down and destroy you. If you commit a crime, we will throw you in prison.

  • @Celebrus123 shut the fuck up you racist Hitler-loving A-hole. I lost money because my 401K whcih contains MONEY I EARNED!!! got hit by the bankers because they lobbied Congress to allow them to set up complicated financial instruments that are tied to the way my 401K was invested. I have a day job..I dont' spend my time analyzing financial securities. Your are naive stupid fuck who probably has never worked and live w/ur mom with a confederate flag on your bedroom wall.

  • @dalecampbl9 A 401K is an investment, and all investments have risk to it. You should have read the fine prints before you signed on to it. 401ks have 3rd party risk attached to it, and liberals like you don't understand it, I know. You made a poor decision, so you are paying for it. Next time, don't put your money in a 401k, lol.

  • @Celebrus123 you are wrong...you are equating the risk of 401K to that of gambling in a casino. A 401K is supposed to grow...may be not all the time, but the idea is to use it for retirement...you dumb shit. But what the banks did is find a way to tie 401K in their derivates, which they used to get rich while shifting the money in 401ks to their bank accounts. You think retirement accounts should be like gambling, you little fuck.

  • @Celebrus123 this is why when 401Ks are presented, they always SHOW GROWTH...not some bubble up and down rate of returns. Same thing with Pensions. Pensions are supposed to be even stabler than 401Ks. This is why little shits like you need to get a beating, for being supportive of Hitler, and financial crooks.

  • @dalecampbl9 You goys are so stupid, just like cattle. Let me explain it to you... There are two types of pensions, private, and government pensions. Private pensions are tied to the stock market, so if the market goes down your investments goes go down. Federal government pensions are backed up by the state, so they will be paid back by the printing press if push comes to shove. If the state or local government goes bankrupt, these governments can not pay out their pensions.

  • @dalecampbl9 Do you understand, or are you just too dumb to understand it?

  • @dalecampbl9 If state and local governments do go bankrupt, and if they can't pay those pensions. Then, you as a pension holder must delay your retirement until they can pay it. Simple as pie : ) .As for private 401k pensions, if the company that manages it goes bankrupt, you money is kaput.

  • @Celebrus123 go worship Hitler you little stupid a--hole. I'm sure u'd like Hitler's regime.

  • @dalecampbl9 I am 1/4 Jewish you idiot. My grand father was one of the 150,000 Jews who fought in the 3rd Reich. Stop harping on Hitler. Hitler was also partly Jewish, and most Germans have some Jewish blood.

  • @dalecampbl9 Why don't you stop whining, you dumb goy.

  • @dalecampbl9 After we finish crushing your revolt, we will send you to detention centers and force you to work for 25 cents an hour. Such will be the fate of all dissidents. Your revolts will only result in martial law, so go ahead.

  • @Celebrus123 Who is "WE"? All top 0.1%? The richer you are the wimpier you are. The rich will just hire YOU to fight against the 99% and you will be destroyed. You are so pathetic...laws only work when it comes from a respect source, not from idiots like you.

  • @dalecampbl9 Hey liberal communist boy. Money is power. You don't know anything about the world of the elite. If they want you gone, they will hire a assassin, and he will get the job done. If they want to crush the OWS movement, they can use the force of the government to suppress it. It won't be 99% against 1%, it will be more like 40% against 60%. The 40% will be the ones who have jobs, who work for the government, and corporations.

  • @Celebrus123 people like you would equate money > law. figures, you ignorant racist little rat

  • @dalecampbl9 Your a terrorist. We have a special place for you.

  • @Celebrus123 you are a ignorant racist who supports terrorists

  • @dalecampbl9 Isn't that what liberals like you are good at doing, calling people racist. That's getting old, lol. Advocating riots, and civil disorder is a TERRORIST act. Just because you lost everything doesn't mean you have the right to burn this country to the ground you terrorist loser.

  • Comment removed

  • @Celebrus123 you are such a RACIST!!!

  • @dalecampbl9 When all this is said and done boy, you will be too poor to revolt. You will be starving in the streets, lol.

  • @Celebrus123 when all this is said and done, loser, you will be dead.

  • @dalecampbl9 Hey boy, why don't you drop the stuff that happened in the past. You made mistakes, so you lost everything. You can't blame the bankers for all of it, you borrowed irresponsibly. You'll never get out of debt now, they got rid of chapter 7 bankruptcy. We will track you down with your social security number, and garnish 20% of your wages. We will have a credit system, and we can track all debt slaves like you. Audit what we want, and garnish what we want boy.

  • @dalecampbl9 No rebellion is coming to America. People here are divided over many issues, and people are divided over race, religion, and ethnicity. If anything will happen, they will be at each others throats as the economy worsens and worsens. Go to a ghetto, and say you want to join our hippie revolution, lol. They would rape you and kill you, because your a honky.

  • @Celebrus123 listen to yourself talk..."honky"?

  • @dalecampbl9 Whatever, there will be no socialist revolution in America, because you people can't unite, and you know it.

  • @dalecampbl9 There are failed revolts, like Spartacus in ancient Rome, Taiping revolt in 1850, Communist revolt in France 1848 Germany in 1918, Hungary in 1919, 1st Communist Revolt in China 1926, etc. You make it seem like all Commie revolts succeed. Not to mention the thousands of peasant revolts that were put down over 5000 years of recorded history. Your revolt will fail too. History has shown, lol.

  • unlike the old days...today, information gets around...lies are exposed...people know where the problem is. Republicans like you support the felonious CEOs of the banks, don't even put them into jail, and you turn around and tell ME and my ilk that we are too lazy to find jobs? Did 13 million people wake up on day in 2008 and decided they were too lazy to work? You are so blinded by trickle down economic, you belittle or ignore the reality of middle class workers.

  • while it is true, the smartest and best workers will survive, the protestors on Occupy Wall St. are saying that such rules ONLY apply to the lowly worker. For the guys who are on top, who have billions, they don't need to do a good job anymore...they just need to set up a scam...no one that is Liberals is against HARD WORK and GOOD WORK...Liberals like myself are against these schemers who set up bubbles, helped by deregulation. Do you sort of see the subtle differences?

  • let me give you one more example, which I hope you respond to. Say I have a good 401k/pension fund 10 years ago...now my pension fund works hard and buys these AAA rated securities from Goldman or whatever, thinking they are going to make money for me and themselves etc. BOOM, the mortgage backed securities turns out to be crap...now I've lost money I'VE EARNED!!!! Remember, I earned by 401K and/or pensions!!! Where do I go to get a bailout? Those banks sure worked hard didn't they?

  • @dalecampbl9 401k is an investment, and all investments are exposed to risk. If the people who managed your pension funds bought bad investments, you will pay for it. A pension fund is this, you trust someone to manage your money, and if they screw up you are left holding the bag.

  • @dalecampbl9 Having no regulation is bad, but having too much is also bad. I don't have anything against anyone being wealthy. The wealthy people do invest their money into the economy and make it grow. They put it banks which accumulate interest which is in turn lent out to people. They put it in the stock market and they start businesses. The economic destruction we see is a result of irresponsible borrowing from average people.

  • yes...part of it is irrespondible borrowing...but the people who borrowed irresponsibly are getting screwed...why aren't the people like Lloyd Blankfein and Dick Fuld getting any jail for what they did? they were irresponsible gamblers...loaners? You see..this is what deregulation does...it allows the rich, who are smart, who know more, set up bubble economies that end up hurting mostly the people on the bottom..then you have social unrest. Why not avoid that situation altogether?

  • @dalecampbl9 Elites never get punished in this world, so let's leave it at that.

  • @dalecampbl9 Yes, these people lent irresponsibly, but like I said it was all backstopped by the government. The people borrowed irresponsibly on their own free will. Wouldn't it be fair to say both were responsible?

  • Incomes are going down? Fuzzy math Lou.

  • incomes are down for the middle class, get a clue fool....

  • It all depends on what you classify as "middle class." Most people's knee-jerk reaction is "that's me!" but usually knowbody knows who the "middle class" is.

  • It aint hard to tell what the middle class is....all 3 classes are easy to tell what they are like the 3 branches of the government.

  • Buddy, it's confused and misconstrued all the time. Take a look at this if you don't understand. taxfoundation*org/research/show/22600*html

  • how you figure that... maybe with the naked eye it seems that way, but once you look at it with a trained eye you can see the division.... easy.....

  • whatever that means. good luck dude.

  • Lou.

How unfair of you to lump Ron Paul in with the rest of the candidates. He is the ONLY candidate owning up to the problem and offering solutions. The ONLY candidate who would withdraw from these trade agreements while the others would examine and adjust them.

  • Wake up sheep your time is short Ron Paul is probably our countries last chance but are we too stupid to vote for him?
