3 reasons you're wrong

1. He has a wife and 3 kids. He also adopted a little girl, not a boy.

2. 16 year olds are not children, they are young adults. Teenagers who have most likely finished puberty or are nearing the end of it (according to wikipedia it starts at 10 in girls and 12 in boys) are not kids.

3. If Steven saw an opportunity to extend his career then why would he not pursue that since the jonas brothers are pretty huge even though I dont really like their music

Well I dont know what it is in america but over here the law states your a child until your 18. That doesnt mean its fact. Puberty is a FACT and is a person changing into an adult. When I was in high school everyone was drinking, smoking, and shagging around 13-15, and I hated being called a child.
