  • That's brilliant stuff .........magic! ♪♫ ♥

  • Lucy Randall is amazing percussionist!

  • dang that is awesome. I'm nowhere near that smooth with a harmonica yet. someday.

  • @xxswedexx

No matter what level you are on, each level has a unique perspective. Enjoy the vista. Enjoy your music =)

  • This is awesome! My father was a very good harmonica player in his younger years and recently decided to start playing again. I've been browsing through harmonica playing videos to share with him and in the process I'm slowly starting to fall in love with the instrument too! I don't need to be an expert to know this is musical mastery from both musicians!

  • What is she playing?? I want one.

  • @bluebossride nevermind... I should read before I post. LOL.

  • @bluebossride It's called a cajon (spanish for box, I think)

But they are pretty fun, easy to catch on to and even easier if you have drum experience. I bought an AA meinl cajon for only 100 bucks. It's definitely entry level, but it's still a fun instrument.

  • @xxswedexx can i touch your cajon then?

  • @ReggaNevaDie ha. perhaps...perhaps.

  • the man with the iron lungs

  • that is absolutely unreal class haha jesus i want one of those percussion boxes amazin sound

  • How do you tune it? I have one but it has an allen Key at the back.. T twist it but nothing seems to happen. When you hit the sound is very dead and hollow.

  • Nice!!! is a percusion from ,my country Peru!

  • What is the name of the instrument she was playing?

  • @Mederic005 its a cajon a flamenco percussion instrument

  • @rossbj138 Thks alot! :D

  • @Mederic005

    is the "cajon peruano"

  • awesome tune!!!! i love it it sounds great make more!!!!

  • great what was the harmonica used and the tonality

  • An Irish spirit always surfaces no matter what instrument it is crazy just go to show that all candyrat artist are jedis

  • thats damn good that is

  • awesome. takes it to a new level.

  • But I thought WHITE people had no rhythm ?????

    I'm confused

  • @tropicalgreen21 Standard rhythm notation was invented by "white people", so I'm fairly certain they have a good idea as to how rhythm works.

  • Aaah! Grooovy! *Dancing*

  • so what type of tunes are these cajon ?

  • I'd say more celtic than anything...

  • brilliant

  • what is that lucy is playing and where can i get one

  • Corrijo!!! Es originario de Perú no es Andaluz. No la sabía pido disculpas.

  • This is great !! Thanks!! keeps me smiling and moving.

  • Is Linda playing a washboard?

  • Cajon. (ca-hone)

  • Brilliant! This sounds great!

  • I could drop rhymes to this

  • jajaja cajón peuano no!!! Es un cajón Andaluz de Flamenco. Andalucia!!!!

  • what type of harmonica is that and what key is that in?

  • I think it's a diatonic harmonica in Low d... The first tune seems to be in D, the second one in A.

Je pense que c'est un harmonica diatonique en Ré grave... Le premier air doit être en ré, le second en la.

  • this sounds similar to his "Power & White Fairwell to Muswell Hill"

  • AMAZING!

It almost got me to dance around somehow!

  • i want a cajon its alot better then taping a table peice of papper and a pen

    lol improvise

  • WOW that was so cool, don't even know the words.

  • Beautiful!

  • Yes is a Cajón, flamenco instrument.

  • is a cajon peruano from peru ,nice instrument

  • What is it she's playing? Amazing sound -- and beats.

  • cajon peruano

  • Listen to farewell to muswell hill, anyone hear the similarities?

Both are great songs though :D

  • i hear similarities in almost all his works...

it's nice, but sometimes gets boring

  • That woman plays as if she stared drumming in her mom's belly or something. She makes that extremely complex rythm look like she's reading the newspaper :)

    aB - Italy -

  • OMG... I am in love with this music!

This must be one of Brendan's modified harps...

if anyone can let me know about the type of harmonica and alterations done, please let me know.

Just bought the CD, I'm so inspired!

  • Love it...

than you both so much for sharing!

  • Does anybody know what manufacture/model of Cajon this is?

Candyrat doesn't seem to have anything but excellent artists. Brilliant stuff.

  • you can try man, but this is alredy the remixed version lol

he plays so well, he can make a trance mix in an harmonica..lol

  • This is really quite amazing! It incorporates a mountaineer type of feel and also what is almost like a rap/hip-hop beat...SWEET!

  • what would you call what she is banging on? is it even a real percussion instrument?

  • its called an acoustic beatbox

  • It looks and sounds like a cajon

  • This is a great take on some classic riffs. The acoustics are great too, nice and intimate.

  • love it !!!!

  • Awesome Duo! Really talented and fun to listen to. Thank goodness for You Tube because you won't hear something like this on the radio. It's great to know there are still folks out there that love REAL music and can get it out to the public. Thank you.

  • that is a nice sounding Cajon! anyone know the make?

  • Is she using her leg as a mute on the drum?

    interesting....

  • @AlienWarlord Not just using it to mute, you can see that she draws it up to raise the pitch of the cajon--I was really surprised to notice that too!

  • thats freaking sick!!
