Damn, I still think this dead scene could have been better, I mean, there is a giant monster with a giant mouth and Isaac was only used like a toothpick...

I dunno, I wanted this death scene to be more... organic, like showing Isaac the wonders of a necromorph's digestive system.

I got this death on Hard mode, before I'd come up with a good strategy for easily avoiding it. Weaken all the yellow sacs down to one hit before destroying them one at a time. It makes it so much easier.
