@Wizard101Bros did you not listen to the guy talking? he said during rebound, the dummy's head hits the side curtain airbags. id rather spend the extra money for the side bags than end up with severe head injuries
I prefer they not deploy and if I ever have a car that has them go off in front crashes I would probably disconnect the passenger side curtain airbag.
well some may say that it is a waste of airbags when both front and side deploy but others may say that it helps protect the passengers much better when they rebound from the initial impact
i got sevear burns to my hand after my airbag went off is that normal

@ScottTudorboii yes, the chemicals in airbags plus the speed of the bag against the skin, can cause irritation and burns.

airbags usually will deflate in like 5-10 seconds after crash on most cars. i don't think ex35 is different in this. so don't wary. :)

i cant wait 10 sec and after the bag deflates the fabric is still in the way
whattheheck1000 2 years ago

Hmm, Nissan copying Honda by having the side airbags deploy during a frontal impact?..
alexkvaskov 3 years ago
no ur wrong cuz honda followed bmw on that idea.
And why would you say copy anyways its not copying its just using an idea
sterlingnobles 3 years ago
Oh, well, sorry if I sounded harsh. It's a good idea, it's all good that manufacturers are starting to use it

I'm too large to crawl under the curtain airbag after the crash. I need a way out, so that would guarantee a way out through the passenger doors.

Live and my 16 year old head can stand up to a blow with a B Pillar... I've been hit by a bare metal ladder falling 8' and didn't go to the hospital.
